で送信する送信機と、該送信機からのコード信号を受信

段と、 前記検出器の出力する電圧の変化を検出したときに作動
し、該蓄電手段の蓄電電圧を所定時間のあいだ前記送信
部に出力させて該送信部からコード信号を送出させる制
