の電気式発火器。 発明の詳細な説明 本発明はロケットあるいは自動車のェアクッションに用
いる火薬式ガス発生器等のィグナィターの電気式発火器
に関する。 例えばロケットのィグナィターAの点火薬B(第2図参
照)に着火するため、電源に連絡されるピンの間に雷橋
を架設して、該亀橋に通電することにより発火薬を発火
させるようにした発火器においては、前記ピンの間隔、
函橋とビンとの直角度その他電許喬の直径、材質等につ
いては充分な管理のもとに製作するといえども従来は第
1図に示すようにピンaの断面形状が円であるため電橋
bの端部とピンaとを溶接Wにより接合するに際し、溶
接材料が毛管現象により鰭橋とピンとの間に浸透するた
め露橋の実質長Lが製品毎に不均一になりやすいことか
ら露橋の電気抵抗即ち発熱量にバラッキが生じやすく、
従って特に複数の発火器を並列にして用いる場合には斉
発性を阻害する原因になる。 また前記溶接材料の浸透を可及的に少なくするために第
1図口で示すように溶接Wを寅橋とピンとの接点よりな
るべく外方でおこなうと、後述する発火薬の装填等の際
に露橋がcのようにたわむことがあり、これも実質長L
のバラッキの原因を作る。かかる点に鑑み本発明はなさ
れたものであり、その目的とするところは亀鉢海の実質
長を正確に再現して発火に至る時間の均等化を計ること
にあり、その特徴とするところは前記ピンに角部を形成
し、該角部間に亀橋を架設するようにした点にある。本
発明を第2図に示す実施例に基ずし、て説明すると、1
は発火器、2はェポキシ樹脂等で形成した基栓、3は治
具等で侠持して互に平行度を保つように、かつ後述する
稜の向きを規制しつつ前記基栓2に樋設した例えば辺長
0.5帆の三角柱状の電気鋼製のピン、5は露橋で、該
露橋5は例えば外径0.04肌のタングステン、白金等
の極細線4を前記ビン3に直交するように治具等の手段
により保持してその両端部を前記ピンの先端部附近で前
記三角柱の稜に溶接等の手段で溶着することによりピン
3間に架設して構成する。 前記溶着は函橋5となる部分の外方でおこなうのがよい
。6は発火薬、7は前記電機5と発火薬6全体を収める
例えば金属薄板製のケースで、前記基栓2が接着剤を介
して密栓される。 基栓2外に突出させたピンの部分には図外の電源に接続
するための脚線8を連接する。尚例示した発火薬6はピ
ン先端部と亀橋とに付着して、これらを囲むようにして
設けられる起爆薬6′と、この起爆薬を囲んで前記ケー
ス内に充填される伝火薬6rとを含むものである。 以上の構成に係る本発明では第3図に示すように前記三
角柱の稜9に蟹橋5の織部を溶着するので、溶接材料が
浸透するような狭い空隙が生じないため製品毎に亀橋の
長さLが一定に再現できる。 第4図は別の実施例の接合部の拡大図であり、平板状の
ピン3の先端部を斜めに切り取って刃先10(角部)を
形成しており、第3図の場合と同様に接合部cの位置が
確定されるほか、両ビンの刃先間隙の調整が容易である
ので、基栓2への櫨譲精度がご程要求されない。 ′尚ピンの断面形状は前記の実施例のみに限定されるも
のではなく、例えば円柱状のピンの先端部を菱形とした
もの、あるいは角部をピン端面に形成したもの等でもよ
い。 また何れの実施例においても角部は必らずしも鋭利であ
る必要はなく、例えば第5図に示すように多少の平面部
が形成されていても溶接材料は鰭橋5の方まではほとん
ど浸出しないから所期の目的が蓮せられる。以上詳細に
説明した構成にかかわるィグナィターの電気式発火器に
おいては亀橋の長さLが正確に規定されるため噂橋の太
ごなどを従来どおりに轡理することによって亀橋の発熱
量が一定となり、従って斉発性等が向上できたという格
