[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a fan, and more particularly to improvements in centrifugal fans such as multi-blade centrifugal fans and ribbon fans.

Conventional fans of this type have a large number of blades, ranging from a few to several tens of blades, and their characteristic static pressure and air volume are as expected, but they require a lot of man-hours to assemble. It is an expensive fan.

That is, in this type of fan, a blade plate is installed across a ring-shaped upper plate and a fan body that is integrally connected and fixed to the rotating shaft of the motor, and two blade plates are installed at the upper and lower ends of the blade plate. A fan is formed by providing at least one caulking pawl, inserting the caulking pawl into a long caulking pawl insertion hole formed in the fan body and the upper plate, and caulking and fixing the protruding caulking pawl. There is.

However, the caulking pawl insertion holes provided on the fan body and top plate are elongated holes that are slightly larger than the plate thickness and width of the blade plate caulking pawls, so when assembling the fan body and top The problem is that it takes time and effort to manually find the caulking nail in the caulking nail insertion hole of the plate, insert and assemble it while correcting the direction and the like.

Under these circumstances, if the fan has a small number of blades, it may be possible to assemble it manually to some extent, but if the fan has a large number of blades, such as tens of blades, it may be necessary to assemble it mechanically rather than manually. It is desirable to have automatic insertion.

However, as described above, the crimping claw insertion hole does not have enough room for the size of the crimping claw, so it is extremely difficult to automate the insertion.

On the other hand, if the insertion hole is made larger to enable automated insertion, problems arise in that the caulking strength is low, the caulking tends to loosen, and the accuracy cannot be stabilized.

Therefore, the present invention solves the inconvenience of inserting the caulking claw into the caulking nail insertion hole when assembling the wing plate as described above, and it is possible to assemble the blade plate not only manually but also automatically by mechanization. The shape of the caulking claw insertion hole has been improved so that it can be easily inserted and a highly accurate assembled state can be established.

That is, in the present invention, the caulking pawls protruding from the upper and lower ends of the fan plate have a trapezoidal shape with tapered tips, and the caulking pawl insertion holes provided in the fan body and the upper plate are formed into elongated holes. It is formed by an arc-shaped hole in which one of the long sides of the long hole is notched outward in an arc shape, and the depth of the cut in the arc-shaped hole is such that the tip of the caulking claw diagonally intersects the long side of the long hole. The gist of this is that the depth of insertion is determined.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a fan A according to the present invention, in which the fan A includes a fan body 1 that is integrally connected and fixed to the rotating shaft of the motor, a ring-shaped upper plate 2, and the fan A. It is composed of a plurality of blade plates 3 installed across the fan body 1 and the upper plate 2, and the blade plates 3 are fixed to the fan body 1 and the upper plate 2 at the upper and lower ends of the blade plate 3. The integrally protruding caulking pawl 4 is inserted into a caulking pawl insertion hole 5 formed in the fan body 1 and the upper plate 2, and the protruding caulking pawl 4 is caulked and fixed.

The caulking claws 4 protrudingly formed on the upper and lower ends of the blade plate 3 protrude vertically by a length corresponding to twice the thickness of the fan body 1 and the upper plate 2, and the portion beyond that is tapered. The crimping claw 4 is formed into a trapezoidal shape so that the crimping claw 4 is smoothly guided and fitted into the crimping claw insertion hole 5.

The caulking pawl insertion hole 5 opened in the fan body 1 and the upper plate 2 has an elongated hole 5-□ whose size is slightly larger than the board thickness and width of the caulking pawl 4, and a length in the elongated hole 5-□. The cutting amount (depth) of the arc-shaped hole 5-2, which is formed by an arc-shaped hole 5-2 with one side facing outward and is continuous with the elongated hole 5-□, is the same as that of the caulking claw 4. The tip should have an amount that allows it to be inserted diagonally across the long side of the elongated hole 5-□.

Therefore, when the tip of the caulking pawl 4 is inserted diagonally across the elongated hole 5-□ and the arcuate hole 5-2 in the caulking pawl insertion hole 5, the pawl 4 has a trapezoidal shape. Therefore, the oblique side of the caulking pawl 4 acts as a guide to guide the pawl 4 toward the elongated hole 5-1 side of the caulking pawl insertion hole 5, and the oblique side of the caulking pawl 4 acts as a guide.
It is inserted into the normal position.

The caulking pawl 4 stably inserted into the elongated hole 5-1 of the caulking pawl insertion hole 5 is bent and caulked to the side opposite to the arcuate hole 5-2.

Since the fan according to the present invention is constructed as described above, the work of inserting the caulking pawl of the blade plate into the caulking pawl insertion hole of the fan body and the upper plate is such that the caulking pawl is inserted into the elongated hole of the insertion hole. Even if the nail intersects somewhat diagonally, once the tip of the claw is inserted into the arcuate hole connected to the long hole, it will be guided toward the long hole and the state of insertion in the normal position will be established.

Therefore, the inconvenience of finding and correcting the position of the caulking claw relative to the insertion hole with fingers and fingers can be reliably eliminated.

Therefore, it is possible to not only simplify manual assembly, but also to enable automatic insertion by a machine, which has been strongly desired, and to greatly improve productivity.
