CONSTITUTION:A water piping 16a for supplying city water and the water piping 16b on the side returning to a hot water storage tank 2 of a water piping 9 on load side are arranged so as to form a double heat exchange configuration by laying the water piping 16a for supplying city water from a city-water intake in parallel to and onto the outside of the water piping 16b on the return side. As a result, the heat loss from the water piping on load side can be reduced.
