Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to take extremely large volumetric capacity for a heating chamber in comparison with the whole size of a heating apparatus, by molding a shell body from a single sheet of metal plate, and by partitioning the inside into a heating chamber and a power section. CONSTITUTION:A front panel 1 has an opening 4 for putting in and out of a material to be heated, and an opening 5 for fitting an operating panel. A freely opened door is fitted to the opening 4 so as to cover it. A shell plate comprises a ceiling plate 6, a left side panel 7, a right side panel 8, a bottom plate 9, and a bulkhead 10. All of them are molded of a sheet of metal plate in the shape as shown in the figure, and are jointed to the front panel 1 and a back panel 2. Partitioned by the bulkhead 10, the left space is to be a heating chamber, while the right space will be a power section 12 in which electric parts including a high-frequency generator are housed. Jointing is made by clouble-seaming, which is to be applied to the whole periphery of a shell plate with the front and back panels 1 and 2.

Conventional configurations and their problems Conventionally, in high-frequency heating devices such as microwave ovens, the interior of the heating chamber is painted after it is formed, or is constructed using a highly corrosion-resistant material such as a stainless steel plate. Generally, the external material for the heating chamber is a U-shaped bent steel plate made from a painted steel plate or the like and placed over the heating chamber. In such a configuration, a gap was created between the heating chamber wall (including the ceiling and bottom) and the external material, which led to a decrease in the ratio of the effective volume of the heating chamber to the total volume of the device. .

Of course, these spaces are used to install insulation materials and various mechanisms, but widening the heating chamber has the advantage of increasing the amount of food cooked, which in turn shortens the cooking time. However, there is a drawback that the installation area and space occupied by the device also increase accordingly.

In some heating devices, the external material and the heating chamber are partially constructed of a single metal plate, but since the joining method is by spot welding or screw tightening, the outer surface is exposed. It is not appropriate to do so, and therefore the construction has been continued in which these joints are locally covered with decorations, covers, etc., which results in an increase in the number of parts and a zero-value product.O Invention OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and to provide a high-frequency heating device having a configuration that can extremely increase the effective volume of the heating chamber with respect to the total volume of the device. The aim is to reduce the cost by making the product lighter and lighter.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the high-frequency heating device of the present invention includes a front plate having an opening for putting in and taking out the heated object with a door that can be opened and closed, an operation panel, a back plate of the main body, and an external part of the main body. and a body whose top, bottom, left and right sides are formed from a single metal plate, and the front end of the body, the periphery of the front plate, the rear end and the periphery of the back plate are each joined by seaming. At that time, the shape of the body plate was approximately ``'' shaped, with the top, bottom, left and right sides of the main body, as well as the left and right side walls and partition plates running parallel to each other.
One side is used as a heating chamber, and the other side is used as an electrical chamber for storing electrical control parts. According to this configuration, the number of parts is extremely small, the weight can be reduced, and the cost is low.

In addition, as another shape of the body plate, the left, right, top and bottom are shaped like a "mouth" shape, and a partition plate is separately added to separate the heating chamber and the electric chamber, which has the effect of simplifying the processing process.

As above, tighten the body plate and front plate, as well as the body plate and back plate,
The other end faces must be joined. In that case, you can easily finish the painted copper plate by preparing the welding part and the welding jig contact area in advance without printing a coating film, and then bending the plate to form it and welding it. This has the effect that it can be done.

Their joints are made using a method called glojection welding. This method utilizes the property that the resistivity of all layers increases as the temperature increases. In other words, a projection is created at the joint of the workpiece, brought into contact with the surface of the workpiece, and a large current is passed for a short period of time. The resistance heat (Joule heat) is used as a heat source to melt the metal. This is a method of joining by applying pressure when the material approaches a point or reaches a molten state. The feature of this welding method is that it can be welded efficiently and in a short time without damaging the painted surface.

According to the above two embodiments, the heating chamber 11 and the electric chamber 1
The wall material composing part 2 also serves as an external material,
There is an advantage that no extra space is required and the effective volume of the heating chamber 11 can be made extremely large relative to the external shape of the main body. At the same time, the number of component parts is reduced, and the strength of the casing can be ensured by seaming, which allows the use of thinner materials, leading to weight reduction. In addition, since the spot welding is performed without applying a coating film to the parts to be spot welded at the material stage before forming the heating chamber 11, the strength of the spot welding is sufficient and the spot work can be carried out smoothly. There is.
