Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ガスタービンに供給される高圧ガスの流量を調整するた
    めの調速弁油圧シリンダを駆動する油圧回路において、 この調速弁油圧シリンダのピストン側回路とシリンダ側
    回路を各々分岐させ、分岐した回路の一方は流量調整の
    ための流量調整油圧回路に接続し、分岐した回路の他方
    は危急遮断のための危急遮断油圧回路に接続し、 この危急遮断油圧回路は、ピストン側回路がロジック弁
    を経て戻り油接続口に接続され、シリンダ側回路が別の
    ロジック弁を経て圧油接続口に接続されて構成され、 前記分岐後の流量調整油圧回路におけるピストン側回路
    及びシリンダ側回路には各々前記調速弁油圧シリンダか
    らの圧油を止める逆止弁が設けられ、 この逆止弁及び前記ロジック弁はパイロット回路により
    危急遮断用の方向制御電磁弁を経て戻り油接続口及び圧
    油接続口に接続されており、危急時には逆止弁が閉じロ
    ジック弁が開く構成となっていることを特徴とするガス
    タービン設備における流量調整及び危急遮断用油圧装置
    。
