図面中、８はブラケット、９はガイド溝、１０はケーブ
ル、１１はリリースレバー、１２はピン、１５はリター
ンスプリング、１６は突出部、２１はストッパ部、であ

で解除レバーを操作することにより前記ロックを解除す
るようになっている足踏み式パーキングブレーキにおい
て、センターコンソール近傍のブラケットに設けられた
ガイド溝と、一端が足踏み式パーキングブレーキのロッ
ク機構に連結されているケーブルの他端に連結されると
ともに前記ガイド溝に沿って摺動自在なピンを介して前
記ガイド溝の長手方向へ移動自在に取り付けられたリリ
ースレバーと、該リリースレバーに形成された突出部と
、前記ブラケットに形成されるとともに前記突出部が係
合することによって前記リリースレバーの移動を阻止す
るストッパ部と、前記突出部が前記ストッパ部と係合す
るように前記リリースレバーを付勢する付勢手段とから
構成されることを特徴とする足踏み式パーキングブレー
