(Prior art) Conventional tiles are made of ceramic material and are fired and shaped as appropriate with or without glazing, and are used as tiles for the exterior and interior of buildings such as buildings and houses, as well as for floors. However, these uses only utilize the physical and chemical properties of tiles such as weather resistance and abrasion resistance, as well as their decorative properties. Applications to prevent static electricity damage in places where semiconductors are handled such as computer rooms, dirt and dust in clean rooms and places where precision equipment is handled, flammable gases, solvents or explosives, and chemicals and solvents in laboratories. For use in rooms where materials are handled, factories, storage areas to prevent ignition caused by electrical discharge, operating rooms, and powder bagging.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention involves molding tiles of arbitrary shapes from ceramic materials,
A method for producing a conductive tile, which comprises applying a conductive glaze to the outer surface of the tile and then welding it by firing in a kiln to impart conductivity to the outer surface of the tile. This is a method for manufacturing tiles whose surface resistance prevents damage caused by static electricity, and also satisfies a resistance value that is considered desirable from the viewpoint of preventing low-voltage electric shocks.

(Effects) The present invention coats the base surface of ceramic tiles by welding a conductive melt in a kiln in order to impart conductive properties to the base surface of the ceramic tile. It is necessary to prepare semiconductor factories, computer rooms, clean rooms, precision equipment that can prevent dirt and dust, and to prevent ignition caused by electrical discharge, such as flammable gases, solvents, explosives, chemicals such as laboratories, etc. Places where solvents are handled,
Furthermore, it can prevent electric shock and is suitable for use in operating rooms, places where powder is packed into bags, paper is rolled up, etc., and it has the same properties as conventional glazed ones. However, the physical properties of the glaze also vary depending on the glaze composition ratio, the tile base used, and the firing temperature.
This is a method for manufacturing tiles that have a number of effects such as not only chemical properties but also electrical conductivity that can be appropriately controlled.
