Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase strength and miniaturize the device by a method wherein an upper plate, side plates and a bottom plate are formed by one sheet of metallic plate so as to have a curly 9 shape configuration and one chamber, formed by the metallic plate, is utilized for a heating chamber while the other chamber is utilized for an electrinc chamber for a high-frequency generating device. CONSTITUTION:One sheet of metallic plate is bent and formed so as to form the upper plate 10a, the left side surface plate 10b, the left bottom plate 10c, a partitioning plate 10d, the right side surface plate 10e and the right bottom plate 10f of the heating chamber 11 while the partitioning plate 10d is welded to the upper plate 10a, the left bottom plate 10b is welded to the right bottom plate 10f, and a rear plate and a front plate are welded to the frame made of the metallic plate.
