Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 少なくともひとつの面にインク供給路、圧力室等が溝と
    して形成された第１および第２の基板を前記溝を覆う如
    く相対して積層し、前記第１の基板と第２の基板の間に
    インク流路を形成したインクジェットヘッドにおいて、
    前記第１の基板に、オリフィスに向かって底部の浅い溝
    からなるノズルを形成し、オリフィス前面と前記第１の
    基板と第２の基板の積層面とのなす角度αと、前記ノズ
    ルの底部と前記積層面とのなす角度βとの関係がα≠９
    ０°−（β／２）であることを特徴とするインクジェッ
    トヘッド。
