In recent years, when designing buildings such as buildings in which elevators are installed, there has been an increasing demand for rationalization of design space and labor saving. In particular, it is desired to satisfy the above requirements by making the depth of the lowest part of the elevator, the so-called pit, shallower. In order to make the depth of the pit even shallower, consideration must be given to the dimensions of the elevator side, that is, the dimensions of the car frame of the elevator car, in design, since various devices are installed in the pit. Ta.

In particular, it has been desirable to reduce the dimension from the floor surface of the passenger car to the bottom surface of the car frame beam, the so-called underfloor dimension.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show a conventional example, in which the car frame for mounting and supporting the elevator car 1 is a floor that receives the car floor 2 of the car 1 from below through a vibration isolating rubber 3. Receiving frame 4
A lower beam 5 extending horizontally in the left-right direction at the center of the lower surface of this floor support frame 4, a pair of left and right vertical frames 6 standing upward from both left and right ends of the lower beam 5, and a space between the upper ends of these left and right vertical frames 6. A main rope 9 from a hoisting machine is connected to a rope hit part 8 provided at the middle of the upper beam 7, which is suspended horizontally, so that the entire structure is suspended. Incidentally, emergency stop devices 10 are provided at both ends of the lower beam 6 to engage the left and right guide rails (not shown) to bring the elevator to an emergency stop in the event of some kind of failure or the like occurring during elevator operation.

In such a configuration, the underfloor dimension H is the dimension from the top surface of the car floor 2 to the bottom surface of the lower beam 5, as shown in FIG.
This is the total height of the car floor 2, vibration isolating rubber 3, floor support frame 4, and lower beam 5. Therefore, there is a limit to reducing the height of each of these individual members, so with the car frame of this configuration, the underfloor dimension H is large and shortening cannot be achieved, and the depth of the pit cannot be made shallow. was there.

In other words, conventionally, the lower beam and emergency stop device were pre-assembled and aligned at the factory, assembled into a unit on the elevator guide rail on site, engaged with the lower beam and the emergency stop device, and then assembled. The method is to install the floor support frame, car floor, etc. on the lower beam, and then assemble the car on site one by one. However, with the integrated structure as described above, the lower beam and emergency stop device are pre-assembled together with the floor support frame at the factory, so the unit is not large and transporting it to the site is extremely troublesome. There was a problem that centering work during assembly was not easy. In particular, when the emergency stop device 10 is engaged with the left and right guide rails 11 as shown in Fig. 4 during on-site assembly work of the riding seat, it gradually changes from the inclined state shown by the solid line to the horizontal state shown by the chain line. The task is to bring it to the state it should be. Since the floor support frame 4 and even the car floor 2 are integrated through the vibration isolating rubber 3, installing a large and heavy frame structure in a narrow elevator hoistway is extremely troublesome and labor-intensive. There were some problems, such as unnecessary and dangerous.

The purpose of this is to shorten the underfloor dimensions of the seating corners so that it can be applied to buildings with shallow pit depths, and to reduce weight, making it easier to assemble, center, and transport. To provide an elevator car frame that allows easy and safe installation work.

In addition, the floor support frame 4A has left and right angle frame materials of 12°120
A pair of front and rear connection brackets 15.15 each made of angle material are provided by vertically disposing and welding the middle part of each outer surface, and the front and rear connection brackets 15.15
Make sure that the lower end of the vertical frame 6 is sandwiched between them.
It is fastened by a nut 16. These left and right front and rear connection brackets 15, 15 mainly protrude downward from the angle member 12, and a reinforcing member 17 extending diagonally from the lower end of each to the front and rear gaskets 1β is welded and fixed, thereby reinforcing it. On the other hand, the lower beam 5A is configured to have a truss structure with a total of four angle beam members 18, one pair each on the upper and lower sides, and a plurality of flat bars 19 bridged between the upper and lower sides. A nil KU buffer plate 2o is attached to the lower part of the buffer plate 2o, and emergency stop devices aXO are attached to both ends via channel-shaped attachment brackets 21. Furthermore, the lower beam 5A has connecting plates 2 at both ends of the front and rear surfaces.
2 are attached to each other, and in this state, they can be removably inserted into the storage section P at the bottom of the floor support frame 4A from below. It has a structure in which both ends of the lower beam 5A can be inserted between the connecting brackets 15 and 15, one pair on each side of the left and right side of the floor support frame 4A, and both can be fastened together with a delt nut 23. There is.

The lower beam 5A having such a structure is assembled in advance together with the emergency stop device 10 at a factory, and the centering work for the lower beam 5A of the device 10 is also performed at the same time, resulting in a unitary structure. This unitized lower beam 5A is carried into the elevator hoistway of the building, and installed so that the emergency stop devices 10 at both ends are slidably fitted between the left and right guide rails. After that, lower the floor support frame 4 straight,
The lower beam 5A is stored in the lower storage part P, and in that state, the mounting plates 22 at both front and rear ends of the lower beam 5A and the left and right dripping brackets 15 of the floor support frame 4A are attached to the delt nuts 23.
Concluded. Further, the vertical frame 6 is fastened to the left and right connecting brackets 15 with delt nuts 16.

As shown in FIG. 6, since the lower beam 5A is assembled by storing it in the storage part P, the underfloor dimension H is the dimension from the upper surface of the car floor 2 to the lower surface of the floor support frame 4A, that is, the lower end of the connection bracket 15. Therefore, it is shortened by the height of the lower beam 5A. Also, in the assembled state, the truss structures of both the lower beam 5A and the floor support frame 4A are combined, and the lower beam 5A is connected to the floor support frame 4A.
It exhibits an integral truss structure in a manner that reinforces A.

As mentioned above, since both the lower beam 5A and the floor support frame 4A have a truss structure as in the embodiment, higher strength can be achieved with a smaller number of members, and the members can be easily shared.
It is also easy to reduce the weight. In particular, regarding strength, as shown in Fig. 6, when the lower beam 5A is assembled, the reinforcing material 17 and the angle frame material 12 form a triangle on the left and right sides of the lower beam 5A, so the bending strength is extremely high. [Effects of the Invention Q As explained above, in the present invention, the lower beam configured as a unit is stored in the storage space formed in the floor support frame and is removably fixed by the connecting means, so that it can be attached under the floor. It is easy to shorten the dimensions, it can be applied to buildings with a shallow bit depth, and the lower beam and floor support frame can be installed individually on site, making transport and installation work easy and safe. Furthermore, the assembly and centering work of the lower beam and emergency stop device can be easily and accurately performed, and a lightweight and highly workable elevator seat can be provided, which is extremely effective.
