Conventional Example Traditionally, water purifiers have been used in general households, but
Although it is impossible for these water purifiers to completely prevent the growth of bacteria due to their structure, there are few that have a sterilization function, and even if they do, their sterilization ability is insufficient due to their structure. It had the disadvantage of being. In addition, since the drinking water simply passes straight through various ceramics and substances used to purify drinking water and flows out of the water purifier, the purification time for drinking water is very short, so the purification of the drinking water is that much longer. Not only is the process incomplete, but the ceramic material is not effectively utilized, resulting in waste. In addition, these conventional water purifiers are generally large for household use, making it difficult and temporary to attach them to the water faucet in the kitchen of a general household, and they often have the disadvantage of interfering with cooking. .

Purpose The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art described above, and its purpose is to provide a transparent cover plate around a germicidal lamp through which ultraviolet rays can pass, and to To provide a narrow annular drinking water channel around which drinking water flows, and to ensure that drinking water is sterilized instantly by flowing through the channel. Another purpose is to completely separate the water purification system and the electrical system to prevent water leakage into the electrical system or electrical leakage to the water purification system, thereby providing a water purifier that is safe and easy to maintain. . Another object of the present invention is to provide a water purification system of a water purifier with a purification layer composed of ceramic materials having various components and properties, and to divide the purification layer into a predetermined number of partition plates for each type of the purification layer. At least one water passage hole is provided in each suitable place, and the water passage holes are arranged alternately on the left and right for each partition plate, so that drinking water flows through the purification layer in a zigzag pattern over a long period of time. In this way, drinking water can be purified effectively and completely, and ceramic materials can be used effectively without waste. Another purpose is to combine the water purification system and electrical system of the water purifier to make it multifunctional and compact, making it easy to install in a general household kitchen and not interfering with cooking. Another object of the present invention is to make the sterilizing lamp emitted in the electric system of the water purifier visible from the outside through the transparent casing, thereby giving the water purifier an aesthetic appearance and a sense of cleanliness.

Drinking water whose flow path is blocked by the partition plate 37 is supplied to the faucet 5.
The alumina-based ceramic granule layer 34 is
When the water pressure is high, the water flows in a zigzag manner and concentrates in the water passage hole 37a at the peripheral edge of the partition plate 37 as shown by the arrow in FIG. Inflow. In this case, the drinking water remains in the alumina-based ceramic granule layer 34 under high pressure and for a short period of time, so the granule layer acts more effectively on the drinking water, reducing the amount of ammonia contained in the drinking water. Completely adsorbs nitrogen, etc. and deodorizes it.

The same effect as described above is carried out sequentially in the next calcium-based ceramic granule layer 35 and the next another calcium-based ceramic granule layer 36, and the ceramic granule layer 35 ensures calcium, sodium, etc. in the drinking water flowing through it. The next ceramic granule layer 36 completely absorbs and removes the limescale odor of the drinking water flowing through it.

In this way, the drinking water flowing in a zigzag pattern as shown by a series of arrows through the water passage holes 37a, 38a, 139a of the partition plates 37, 38. It is further filtered by the acrylic resin upper plate 32 to completely remove iron, fine particles, etc., and flows into the next sterilization channel 45 through the water passage hole 5C in the center of the rear dividing plate 5.

Because the drinking water that has flowed into the sterilizing channel flows around the sterilizing lamp 41, along and near the sterilizing lamp 41 due to the structure of the sterilizing channel, the ultraviolet rays emitted by the sterilizing lamp completely pass through it. The water metal body flowing through the sterilization flow path is acted on in a radial manner through a transparent cover plate 15 made of quartz glass to reliably and instantaneously sterilize bacteria in the water.

The water purified and sterilized in this way overflows from the overflow port 45a of the sterilization channel into the outer outlet channel 48, which has a pair of water holes 5a and 5b provided diametrically opposite each other. Since the dividing plate 5 divides the water into an upper passage 46 and a lower passage 47, purified and sterilized water flowing through the outflow passage 48 flows through the upper passage and passes through the pair of water holes in the dividing plate. While flowing through the lower flow path and flowing out from the outflow lower b to the outside, the water level stops near the position in the upper flow path, and the purified and sterilized water flows out from the outflow lower b while maintaining a constant amount. do.

In this case, a waterproof gasket 6 is provided between the lower end of the cartridge 31 for purification and the upper surface of the base 7, and a similar waterproof gasket 9 is provided between the upper end of the cartridge and the lower surface of the dividing plate 5. As a result, purified and sterilized water flowing through the outlet passage 48 does not mix with unsterilized water. In addition, a waterproof seal 61 is applied to the contact area between the transparent cover plate 15 and the support body 14, and a waterproof seal 60 is applied to the contact area between the support body and the flange 20 of the tube 2, so that drinking water can be dispensed. Even if the drinking water exceeds 4.
It will not infiltrate into the area.

In addition, when water is removed from the sterilization channel 45 and the cartridge 31 when the water purifier 1 is not in use, the cock 51a of the switching valve 51 is used.
By appropriately operating the sterilization channel to the water drain side, water in the sterilization channel and the cartridge is drained through the introduction channel 7a of the base 7 and the switching valve by the action of the vent hole 490 provided in the cylinder 2 to the extension part of the faucet 52. 53 to 7 are discharged to the outside.

In addition, the water purifier 1 compactly combines the water purification system 3 and the electrical system 4 for sterilization to form a relatively small size, so it is easy to install on a water faucet in a general household and can save a lot of space in the kitchen. It won't get in the way of cooking as it won't get in the way. In addition, the bluish light from the sterilizing lamp 41 gives a sense of beauty and cleanliness to the viewer through the transparent cover plate 15 made of quartz glass, the cylindrical member 22 made of transparent glass, and the transparent tube 2 made of acrylic resin. It not only serves as a gift but also becomes part of the interior of the kitchen.

Effect Since the present invention is constructed and operates as described above, a transparent cover plate through which ultraviolet rays can pass is provided around the germicidal lamp, and a narrow annular cover plate through which drinking water flows is provided around the transparent cover plate. By providing a drinking water channel and allowing the drinking water to flow through the channel, there is an effect that sterilization can be performed reliably and instantaneously. Furthermore, since the water purification system and the electrical system are completely separated, it is possible to prevent water leakage to the electrical system or electrical leakage to the water purification system, and it is possible to obtain a water purifier that is highly safe and easy to maintain. Another object of the present invention is to provide a water purification system of a water purifier with a purification layer made of ceramic materials having various components and properties, and to divide the purification layer into partitions with different beat constants for each type. At least one water passage hole is provided in each suitable place, and the water passage holes are arranged alternately on the left and right for each partition plate, so that drinking water flows through the purification layer in a zigzag pattern over a long period of time. In addition, it is possible to effectively and completely purify drinking water, and the ceramic material can be used effectively without waste. Another purpose is that it combines the water purification system and electrical system of the water purifier, so it is multifunctional and compact, making it easy to install in the kitchen of a general household and not getting in the way of cooking. There are effects that can be achieved. Another object is that the sterilizing lamp emitted in the electric system of the water purifier is visible from the outside through the transparent exterior, which gives the water purifier an aesthetic appearance and a sense of cleanliness.
