できて便利であり、又連続噴霧に拘らずその操作は従来
と同様に噴霧部材を押下げるだけでよいから面倒となる
ことがなく構造も比較的簡易であるから廉価に製作する

、該シリンダ内へ、下端面閉塞の流出管14下部を上下
動可能にかつ上方へ付勢させて挿入させると共に、該流
出管の下部には一定範囲だけ上下動可能にピストン部1
3を嵌合させ、又シリンダ上方へ突出させた流出管の先
端にはノズル孔付き噴霧ヘッドを付設させた噴霧部材1
2とを有し、上記シリンダ口部をパツキン部材17で流
出管が上下動可能に水密に閉塞させると共に、上記ピス
トン部を、シリンダに対する摩擦低杭により流出管下部
に対して噴霧部材押下げ時に上昇腰かつ噴霧部材上昇時
には下降するよう設け、流出管下部に対してピストン部
が下限にある状態でだけ該ピストン部が閉塞する流入孔
21と、ピストン部上限位置よりも上方に位置する出入
孔23とを、流出管下部に穿設させたことを特徴とする
