Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve a correct printing of a frame line even at the corner thereof by selectively using vertical types and horizontal types by the key operation. CONSTITUTION:A keyboard KB has such various keys as a vertical printing direction key KV, a horizontal printing direction key KH, a continuous printing direction key KR, a key KP for giving a direction to change the printing pitch or the vertical feed pitch to 1/2 for instance, a shift key KS for using the key KP and the key KH doubly and other ordinary character keys, numeric keys and control keys. A control circuit CD for a carriage driving motor CM and a control circuit PD for a paper feed motor PM are provided to control the horizontal printing and the vertical printing so that the ends of the vertical and horizontal lines coincide with each other as directed.

ノ5〜j!’8を備え、制御回路CDと同様に1ピンヂ
の11日逆送り信号IFP。

て分母記号の意味が明瞭となる。これれば第1図の如く
横線活字「−」が活字部の下辺に刻設されているにもか
かわらず、印字用紙Pの展ピッチ送りを行なうことによ
り可能となったものである。
