PURPOSE:To permit all kinds of city gases to be set up with exchangeability and commonability by providing a dumper with regulable opening diameter to the surronding of an inverse bias thermocouple attached to a part of a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:An inverse bias thermocouple is positioned on a part of a heat exchanger 8, and a dumper is provided on the surrounding of the thermocouple. The dumper consists of an inner dumper 9 with the largest opening 11 for all kinds of gases and outer dumper 10 with an opening 12 set to each of gas varieties in a double structure. The size of the opening 12 can be regulated by one touch in such a way as to obtain temperatures matching cut-off voltage in the blocking of the fins of the heat exchanger. Cut-off points in the blocking of the fins can thus be simply set up for all kinds of gases and easily regulated by one touch when exchanging the kinds of gases.
