Abstract

PURPOSE:The titled body which is excellent in performance and can be easily handled, prepared by tightly packing a liquid photopolymer composition into a transparent film bag by deaeration. CONSTITUTION:A liquid photopolymer composition in an amount to fill at most about one third of the maximum volume of a container is poured into a transparent bag container made of a transparent film of a polyester resin, polypropylene resin, cellulose resin, or the like (one side of the bag may be constituted of an opaque material such as aluminum foil). The air within the container is purged and the container is sealed to form a soft flexible photopolymer-containing body. By closely contacting an image sheet (e.g., a photograhic negative film) with the transparent surface of the above body and irradiating it with ultraviolet rays, the photopolymer composition in the body is cured and the desired image- like cured product can be easily formed.

Photosensitive resin compositions that are liquid at room temperature have been on the market for more than 10 years, and have been used to make printing plates, stamps, and the like. However, since the resin is a viscous liquid, there are many difficulties in handling it, and various manufacturers have developed methods and devices for pouring liquid resin and photo-curing it. The method generally involves placing a figure to be formed by photocuring, such as a photographic negative film, on a glass plate and covering it with a transparent film, and then placing a frame with a certain thickness on top of it to prevent the liquid resin from flowing out. A resin is poured into the resin, which is then covered with a transparent film, which is then pressed down with a glass plate, and ultraviolet light is irradiated to photocure the pattern. In this case, pouring a certain thickness of resin into a certain frame, covering it with a film to prevent air bubbles, and holding it down with a glass plate required skill and was generally not a method that anyone could do.

Additionally, a method of rolling the top coating film while rolling it back using a roller was also used, but this was a very expensive and highly accurate device) and was not freely available to the general public. .

Compared to solid plate-shaped photosensitive resins, liquid photosensitive resins are cheaper because they do not require a plate-forming process at the manufacturer, and the surface of the resin is less likely to be damaged during transportation or handling. It has many advantages, such as the fact that it is extremely easy to develop the photosensitive resin after it forms a photoimage, and although it is hoped that this liquid photosensitive resin can be handled more freely, it remains unresolved. there were.

That is, the present invention relates to the production of a photocurable object that can be used as a bag, in which a liquid photosensitive resin composition is degassed and sealed within a bag whose at least one side is made of a transparent film to the extent that flexibility is not lost. [Function] The present invention is for enclosing and sealing a photosensitive resin composition in a bag made of a transparent film. In relation to the amount of resin, one-third or less, preferably one-fifth or less of the maximum volume of resin is added, air is excluded, and the container is sealed. When doing this, the resin can float freely within the transparent bag, and the resin-filled bag has flexibility.
If the bag is sandwiched between rigid bodies such as glass plates and pressed together, the resin will spread flatly over the entire surface of the bag, forming a flat plate. When an image is to be photocured, if an image such as a photographic negative film is placed on this side and irradiated with ultraviolet light, the photocuring progresses according to the image and a photocured object can be produced. Furthermore, without forming a photoimage, a photo-cured resin plate can be produced by irradiating a flat plate-shaped resin with ultraviolet light.

The transparent bag-like containers used in the present invention include polyester resin, polypropylene resin, polyethylene/Wd resin, vinyl chloride resin, nylon resin, polyvinyl alcohol resin,
It is possible to freely use transparent films and sheets that allow ultraviolet light to pass through, such as polyvinyl acetate resin, polystyrene resin, cellulose resin, etc., and the thickness, flexibility, etc.
Rigidity etc. are selected depending on the product being manufactured. Further, the materials, thicknesses, etc. of the films used on the front and back sides of the bag-shaped bag do not necessarily need to be the same, and can be selected as appropriate. Furthermore, one side of the bag is made of an opaque flexible material, such as a thin plate of aluminum, iron, copper, zinc, etc., foil, paper, nonwoven fabric, etc., and processed products thereof, or a composite laminate of these and a resin film, or printing. It is also possible to use materials that have been processed or painted.

Usage example 2 The resin encapsulated body of Example 2 is glued into a frame shape with a circumference of 1 (lH), so the rectangular shape is maintained, and the resin is held between two transparent films within the frame, making it slightly Although it is unevenly distributed, it maintains a shape of approximately 2W thick and 151cm long and 10cm wide. This item was made with a photo negative film with the address and name taken on one side and pressed with two glass plates from both sides to make it into a resin. The solution was applied to a 2M thick uniform film, cut open, washed with soapy water and developed to obtain a letterpress stamp of address and name. A 200 μm polyester film coated with urethane ester thermoadhesive resin on one side was cut into 11 pieces of width and 153 mm length, and the three sides were heat-bonded with a width of 5M. 121r of the same photosensitive resin liquid as in Example 2 was injected into the flask, and both surfaces were crimped, degassed, and sealed to obtain a photosensitive resin encapsulated body for producing a photocured object.

The present invention is a photosensitive resin encapsulation body for producing a large number of photocurable objects as described above, which does not lose the characteristics of a liquid photosensitive resin and is easy to handle in the same way as a plate-shaped resin. Furthermore, it has high industrial applicability as it can freely perform optical molding into curved surfaces, which is considered inconvenient with plate-shaped resins.
