Air was blown from the front side to the back side of the Akane P original fabric to create perforations in the plastic sol that blocked the stitches or textures of the base fabric. Later, the sol is turned into a cell and perforations are formed in permeable channels to produce water-permeable artificial turf.

This method creates perforations in the sol covering the cross stitches or weaves, and blows air while the sol is flexible and does not become glued.
The amount of sol equivalent to the size of the holes moves to the bottom of the sol attached to the yarn, further helping to prevent the pile from being removed. It can increase the strength.

Normally, a plain woven fabric is often used as the base fabric 1, but other woven or knitted fabrics may also be used. A U-shaped /4' tile 2 is planted on the base fabric 1. FIG. 1 (11) is a schematic cross-sectional view of such a raw fabric. The pile 2 is supported by the warp or weft threads of the base fabric, but is not fixed to these threads.
It is planted on both the front and back sides of the base fabric so that it can be easily removed by pulling it by hand. For this reason, many efforts have been made to prevent this from happening.

This is a method for preventing the film from slipping through, and methods such as pasting using a roll or dipping in a sol have been used for this application. However, even if this can prevent slippage, at the same time, the plastic sol covers the weave or stitch of the base fabric, and as a result, the first stitch of the weave is blocked and the water permeability of the artificial turf is lost. It was supposed to be punished.

。A plastic sol is applied to a predetermined thickness on the back side of an artificial turf material made of a base fabric with piles planted on it, and while the sol is flexible and does not become a keratin, it is applied from the front side of the material material. Permeable artificial turf is produced by blowing air toward the back side to create perforations in the silastic sol that blocks the stitches or textures of the base fabric, and then dulling the sol to form perforations into permeable channels.
