Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the stagnation of unnecessary articles and the shortage of the necessary articles to enhance the efficiency of production in a production line having a plurality of working steps for a plurality of articles, by generally observing the result and progress of working of a production unit in the entire production line. CONSTITUTION:Names of a working process, numbers of devices to be used and working conditions, are recorded on recording mediums 10 such as, for example, magnetic cards which are in the number required for each article, and are stored on storage racks 3 which are arranged in accordance with the technical order of the working process. For example, when the working is carried out with the use of a processing machine 4, a most preferential article name and a working process name are selected by observing the accumulated production amount of the articles in each storage rack, and then the recording medium 10 corresponding to the relevant production unit is read by a recording device 2 to confirm and update the progress of the working process. The thus obtained data are transferred to the relevant working process together with the production unit. Further, the data are delivered to a reading and recording device 7 to start the working process while the result of the working is recorded. After completion of the working process the data are delivered to the recording device 2 to update the working progress, and are then stored in a storage rack 3.

Various work progress/in-progress display devices have been developed and put into practice, but most of them are just in-progress display boards that display the amount of material and production amount for each work process that has been categorized in advance. . However, in the case of semiconductor manufacturing processes, for example, multiple types of manufacturing equipment are generally used in the required types, and the same type of equipment is installed in the required number and is repeatedly used in multiple work processes for multiple products. Because of this, there is a high likelihood of work waiting due to mechanical interference, and unless appropriate instructions are given as to which product and which work process should be performed with which equipment with priority, unnecessary stagnation or shortage of semi-finished products will occur. Moreover, even for the same type of product, the same work process, or the same equipment, the work conditions for each production unit may differ partially depending on the work results up to the previous work process, so the priority of work for each production unit In some cases, unnecessary setup work may be more likely to occur. In addition, with conventional work-in-progress display boards, there is no means to display the work status of each production unit in each work process or device (9 completed out of 9 unstarted tasks) or to record 2 the results of work in each production unit. Not only will setups be made due to inappropriate start instructions, but there is also the risk of delays in appropriately changing work conditions in consideration of previous work history, resulting in a high number of defective products and poor quality. It must also be taken into consideration that this may cause a decrease in

In addition, the progress and work-in-progress status of each production unit is managed by dividing the production unit itself using storage equipment installed in each work process (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 55-16170).
1 Publication), but even in this case, it is impossible to ensure quality unless you have an overview of the progress status and work results (number of good products, number of defective products, quality level) of each production unit for each product, work process, and equipment used in the entire production line. Not only will supervisors be delayed in giving instructions to change work conditions and equipment used, but it will also be difficult to optimally control work processes based on previous work results.

In addition, in the conventional work instruction method, for each production unit,
Since this is a method of instructing which work process is to be completed and by when, a worker or automatic device selects the desired production unit from the work in progress for that work process and assigns it to that production unit. From the attached work progress sheet (all work processes and their technical sequence), identify the work process to be performed this time, and also check the work conditions and equipment operating procedures corresponding to this work process in the work attached to each piece of equipment. It is necessary to proceed with the work by reading from the instruction sheet (in which standard conditions are filled in in advance). For this reason, it is important not only to reduce work efficiency or cause incorrect work due to misreading, but also to give optimal work instructions based on previous work results and taking into account the unique habits of the equipment and the worker. It was difficult.

The work progress instruction method according to the present invention is a work progress instruction method for a production line in which a plurality of products are formed through a plurality of work steps, and the order of each work step and part of the work contents differ for each product. In the process, the work results of each production unit up to the last minute, the equipment to be used in the next work process and its operating conditions determined from the work results up to that point are recorded on an updatable recording medium. Recording media are classified and stored by type, work process, and equipment used in the corresponding production unit, and the work status of each production unit corresponding to the above recording media and work priority order by equipment used are displayed. Based on this, process progress management of the production line and work condition instructions for each production unit are performed.

For example, when performing work using the process equipment 4, the cumulative production amount in each storage shelf is checked and the product name and work process name that must be worked on with the highest priority are selected. After selecting the recording medium 10 corresponding to the relevant production unit, in order to check and update the progress status of the work, the recording medium reading device 2 reads the recording medium 10, and then Transport to the relevant work process. At this time, it can be confirmed that the storage location of the production unit is located at the location where the process equipment corresponding to the work process recorded on the recording medium 10 before the update is installed. A recording medium 10 corresponding to a production unit is conveyed to the relevant work process, and when actual work is started, the recording medium 10 is input to the recording medium reading/recording device 7 of the relevant work process, and the work results are recorded. Once the work has been completed, the recording medium 10 on which a series of work results have been recorded is input again to the recording medium reading/recording device 2 of the display panel 1, and the work progress status is updated.

Therefore, in this type of production process, it is possible to know at a glance which product, which process, which production unit should be worked with which equipment, and under what conditions to prevent unnecessary stagnation or shortage of products. When starting work on a specific production unit, the work process, equipment used, and work contents can be checked using a magnetic card that is recorded in advance, thereby preventing work errors and improving quality. The remarkable effect of being able to do this can be obtained.

[Scope of Claims] 1. In a work progress instruction method for a production line in which a plurality of products are formed through a plurality of work processes, and the order of each work process and part of the work contents differ for each product, Corresponding to each production unit, the previous work results and the equipment used in the next work process and its operating conditions determined from the previous work results are recorded on a recordable and updatable recording medium. By product type and work process of the corresponding production unit,
In addition to storing them separately according to the equipment used, the work status of each production unit corresponding to the recording medium and the work priority order for each equipment used are displayed, and based on this, the process progress management of the production line and each production A work progress instruction method characterized by instructing unit work conditions. 2. A work progress instruction device for a production line is used to form multiple products through multiple work processes, and corresponds to each production unit in which the order of each work process and some of the work contents differ for each product. A recording medium for recording process progress history identification information, work conditions, and work results, and a recording medium for recording the above identification information, work results, and work conditions for the next work process. A recording medium reading/recording device for reading records and the following recording media can be stored separately for each production unit by product, process, and equipment used, as well as the cumulative production amount for each process and the operating status of each equipment. , furthermore, controls the display panel for displaying the work priority, work status and work results for each production unit, and the display of the cumulative production amount, operation status, work priority, work status and work results, and
The process of determining the next work process, its equipment and operating conditions from the identification information of the process progress history recorded in the recording medium, and the results of each of the equipment used and work, and recording it in the recording medium. A work/work progress instruction device characterized by being configured to include a device.
