DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention involves applying an isocyanate compound or an isocyanate polymer to an aqueous liquid containing an inorganic powder and a water-soluble polymer and/or an aqueous emulsion as main components on one or both sides of a plate-like material made of foamed plastic. A laminate plate provided with inorganic coating waste formed by blending is used as a substrate, and an isocyanate compound or isocyanate polymer is added to an aqueous liquid mainly composed of an aqueous solution and/or an aqueous emulsion of a water-soluble polymer on one or both sides of the core substrate. This relates to a base material for mortar coating, which has a coating layer containing one or more powdered materials, granular materials, or fibrous materials in addition to a system containing or not containing the following: To provide a base material for mortar coating that is lightweight and has excellent fire resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation, and workability.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, materials made of polystyrene foam, rigid polyurethane foam, etc. have been used as heat insulating materials on the inside of walls in construction. Although these are lightweight and have excellent insulation properties, they have a rough surface and low strength and cannot be used as wall or ceiling materials as they are, so plywood or gypsum board is bonded to one or both sides of the foam using adhesive. However, in both cases, the surface is covered with wood or gypsum board base paper, which not only does not improve the fireproofing properties but also has little soundproofing effect and is expensive.

On the other hand, when finishing the exterior walls of a wooden building with cement mortar, a wall framework is created, rough wooden boards are nailed onto it, and waterproof paper sheets impregnated with asphalt and wire mesh called lath are stretched over the entire surface and nailed. A method of painting cement mortar on top of fixation is being implemented.

In this construction method, the framework on the inside of the fan is intended to support the rough wood boards, and the rough wood boards serve as a support base for the waterproof paper sheet and lath net.If the waterproof paper sheet is coated with cement mortar, water will escape to the back side, resulting in water shortage. The lath net is used to prevent hardening failures and failures, and the lath net is also used to ensure the retaining force on the wall surface of the cement mortar layer by inserting the lath net when the cement mortar hardens.

In this way, in the case of cement mortar coating, the preparation process requires a lot of labor, which is an impediment to rationalization, but in recent years, in order to solve these problems, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, etc. Since it is made into an integral panel by painting with a resin or rubber paint soluble in organic solvents such as putanol, or by painting a mixture of cement and synthetic resin, it can be replaced with the conventional process of rough wood boards, waterproof paper sheets, and lath netting. Attempts are underway to replace and rationalize it, but the manufacturing process uses a large amount of organic solvents, the processability of cutting cement-coated panels is poor, and it is difficult to develop the adhesion of cement mortar on site. This has been pointed out as a shortcoming.

The present invention provides a lightweight base plate for mortar coating that eliminates both of these drawbacks. The feature of the present invention is that a base material for mortar coating that is lightweight and has excellent fire resistance, soundproofing, and heat insulation properties is obtained by using water-based components, and the isocyanate component mainly contributes to the adhesion to the foamed plastic substrate and water resistance. , the filler component contributes to the adhesion of the mortar. In the present invention, the term "plate-shaped material made of foamed plastic" means a foamed plastic plate-shaped material such as polystyrene, polyurethane, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, FRP, or the like.
