Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to realize a high speed piling process, by applying a bending force to plate materials when overlapped plate materials are successively fed from a shear line conveyor ti a piler so that with the use of a recovery force of the plate materials the preceding plate material is separated from the next plate material. CONSTITUTION:Between a head pulley 4 section and the introducing section of a piler 1 in a shear line conveyor 2 for feeding piling plate materials 3 to the piler 1, a small conveyor 5 is laid above the piler such that it faces downward, and therefore, the feed line for the plate materials 3 is curved. Further there is provided an air jet device 6 for jetting air toward the curved section of the feed line being laid below the head pulley 4. With this arrangement the plate materials 3 are bent between the conveyor 2 and the small conveyor 5, and therefore, the rear end section of the preceding plate material 3 is separated from the closely contacted surface of the next plate material 3 with the use of the recovery force of the plate materials. At this time air is jetted from the above- mentioned device 6 onto the rear end section of the preceding plate material 3 to enhance the effect of the separation.

[Prior Art] For example, it is common practice to pile plate materials continuously cut from a metal strip by a cutting machine such as a flying shear into bailers for temporary or long-term storage. However, in this case, the plate material cut by the cutting machine is usually conveyed to a bailer by a belt conveyor, and when a certain amount of material is piled in the pipe, it is switched to another bailer and piled. be. By the way, when piling cut boards into a bailer, if the speed at which the boards are carried into the bailer exceeds a certain speed, the boards being piled may be damaged or broken, so it is desirable to increase the speed of the cutting machine. In cases where a plurality of conveyors are connected in series, the conveyance speed of the subsequent conveyor is lowered, and as shown in Fig. 1 (a) and Fig. 2 (a), it is conventional to connect a plurality of conveyors in series to reduce the conveyance speed of the conveyor in the latter stage, so that the conveyance speed of the conveyor in the latter stage is lowered, and as shown in Fig. 1 (a) and Fig. 2 (a), Shear line conveyor C is carried out with plate materials a sequentially overlapped.
By feeding the material to the bailer b, the final conveyance speed was reduced to the required piling speed.

However, in such a conventional method, if the overlapping plate material a is a long material or in particular an oiled material, the plate materials a and a have adhesion to each other and are difficult to separate. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1 (0) and FIG. 2 (0), even if there is a difference in the amount of overlap, there is a problem that buckling or the like occurs in the plate material a during piling.

[Means for Solving the Problems] According to the present invention, a guide device is provided between the rear end of the shear line conveyor and the bailer to curve the sheet material feeding line downward.

Therefore, when sequentially overlapping plates are fed from the shear line conveyor to the bailer, bending force is applied to the plates within a range that does not cause plastic deformation, and the restoring force can separate the preceding plate from the succeeding plate.

[実 施 例] 以下、図面を参照して本発明の詳細な説明する。[Example] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 3, 1 is a bailer, and 2 is a shear line transport conveyor that feeds the plate material 3 for piling to the bailer 1, and between the head pulley 4 of the transport conveyor 2 and the bailer 1, it is conveyed to the bailer 1 side. A small conveyor 5 is installed closer to the upper side so as to face downward, thereby forming a curved inlet for feeding the plate material 3, and further injecting air toward the curved part of the feeding line at the lower part of the blade pulley 4. An air injection device 6 is installed to

Therefore, when overlapping plates 3 are sequentially fed from the conveyor 2 to the bailer 1, the plates 3 are bent between the conveyor 3 and the small conveyor 5, and the rear end of the preceding plate 3 is bent. After passing through the head pulley 4, its restoring force separates the rear end from the adhesion surface of the following plate material 3. At this time, it is preferable that the bending applied to the plate material 3 be as rapid as possible within a range that does not cause plastic deformation to the plate material 3. Further, by injecting air toward the rear end of the plate material 3 by an air injection device 6 installed at the lower part of the head pulley 4, the separation effect is further enhanced.

In this way, by separating the plates 3 one by one, buckling and the like during piling can be prevented. For this reason,
High overlap piling is also facilitated.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which instead of the small conveyor 5 in the previous embodiment, an appropriate number of separation rolls 7 are arranged so as to form a curved feeding line. Even with such a system, the same effects as those of the embodiment described above can be achieved.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, even if the overlapping plates are long plates or oiled plates, or even if there is a large amount of overlap, the plates can be reliably separated. It is possible to prevent buckling of the plate material during piling, and to achieve the excellent effect of enabling high-speed piling.
