れ張力を監視しながら、ケーブル牽引ワイヤー3′を牽
引することが必要であシ、このケーブル引入れ張力の測
定を行うために、第2図に示すように油圧式張力計の油
圧シリンダー41’を介して釣車2′を取付け、この油
圧シリンダー41’とマンホール外の張力指示器42′
とを高圧ホース43′で連結することが公知である。

ことを特徴とする方法である。
