    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シートバック部を前部と後部とに分割して、分割された
    前部シートと後部シートとを上部側を支点として回動可
    能とするとともに、前部シートをリクライニングデバイ
    スを介してシートクッション部に取付けて前部シー１と
    後部シニトとをシートクッション部と同一平面状にセッ
    ト可能とし、かつ前部シートと後部シートとの間に法制
    に保持する脚を設けたことを特徴とする車両用シート。
