(EVA)、ブタジェン−アクリロニトリルゴム(NB

リマー(EPDM)等があり、そのいずれに対しても本
発明を適用して効果を挙げることが出来るが、上記の中
でも活性塩素に対する抵抗性その他の総合特性の点で、
EPDM、EPM、溶液重合SBR,CPE、EVA、
ハイパロン、シリコンゴム、シリコン−エチレン−プロ
ピレンゴム、アクリルゴムが好ましく、更にはEPDM
、EPM又は溶液重合SBRが好ましい。就中、ヨー素
価15以下、プロピレン含量50重量%以下のEPDM
、特にはヨー素価10以下、プロピレン含量30重量%
以下のEPDMが好ましく用いられる。実施例において
は、現在水道用に広く使用されているEPDMを例とし
て本発明の効果を示すこと番ニする。
