【考案の詳細な説明】この考案は、自動車用アウターハンドル装置の改良に関
するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to an improvement of an outer handle device for an automobile.

最近の自動車の軽量化指向に伴ない、自動車ドアのアウ
ターパネルに取り付けるアウターハンドルも合成樹脂化
されてきている。With the recent trend toward lighter automobiles, outer handles attached to outer panels of automobile doors are also being made of synthetic resin.

しかし、合成樹脂材料で成形されたものは、成形後の歪
が発生しやすく、アウターパネルに取り付は後、隙が発
生したり、−またアウターパネルとの接触面に傷をつけ

質の合成樹脂材料を重ねて成形し、ハンドルベースと軟
質の合成樹脂材料を一体的に形成して、該合成樹脂材料
の弾性により、アウターパネルとハンドルベースとの取
付面部の隙を吸収し、またハンドルベースの取付面部コ
ーナーのエツジによるアウターパネルへの傷も防止する
ことを可能とした自動車用アウターハンドル装置を新規

成したものであるから、軟質の合成樹脂材料によってア
ウターパネルと隙がなくなり外観が向上すると共に、ハ
ンドルベースのエツジでアウターパネルに傷がつく恐れ
