Abstract

PURPOSE:To aim at reducing the height of a vehicle body and at increasing the diameter of rollers, by forming V-like shape roller guides along the supporting side edge and stationary rail side edge of a shifting bed so that they slide on V-grooved rollers and move relative to the latter. CONSTITUTION:When a movable rail 15 is moved by means of an actuator which is not shown, rollers 16 slide on roller guide rails 11, 14 and are rotated by the latter, and a shifting bed 12 is horizontally moved at a speed which is twice as higher as that of the movable rail 15. Since the rollers 16 and the roller guides 11, 14 are engaged with each other in a V-like shape engagement relationship, both horizontal and vertical loads may be supported. Further, since the rollers 16 are horizontally journalled, the diameter to the roller may be made large without the height of a vehicle body 1 being increased, thereby it is possible to enhance the durability of the rollers.

This transfer device is equipped with a pair of roller conveyors on a self-propelled vehicle body and a transfer table placed between the roller conveyors, and various materials loaded across the transfer table and the roller conveyor are transferred. By moving the platform in the horizontal direction, it can be easily transferred from the top of the vehicle body to another location. To explain this in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, 1 is a car body, and a pair of roller conveyors 2, 2 are disposed on this car body main body 1, and between these roller conveyors 2, 2. A transfer table 3 is arranged so as to be movable horizontally in the same direction as the rotational direction of the roller conveyor 20.

As shown in FIG. 5, this transfer table 3 is movably mounted on the vehicle body 1 via a fixed rail 4 and a movable rail 5. The fixed rails 4 are fixedly installed in pairs on the vehicle body 1 at the front and rear, and each has a plurality of rollers 6 on the opposing inner surfaces.
is supported vertically. The movable rail 5 is formed into an E-shaped cross section with roller guide grooves 5a and 5b formed in two upper and lower stages. The transfer table 3 has side walls bent downward at its front and rear edges, and these side walls serve as support parts 3a, and these support parts 3a, 3
A plurality of rollers 7 are vertically supported on the inner surfaces of the rollers a. Then, the rollers 6.7 are engaged with the roller guide grooves 5a and 5b of the movable rail 5, and the fixed rail 4.
The movable rail 5 and the transfer table 3 are connected so as to be relatively movable. The transfer platform 3 and the movable rail 5 are operated by an actuator such as a cylinder mechanism, and a drive transmission means (both not shown) consisting of a combination of a chain and a sprocket wheel, similar to the relationship between the carriage and the inner mast of a forklift, for example. By operating the movable rail 5 with an actuator, the transfer table 3 is pulled by the chain and moved in the horizontal direction. W in FIGS. 4 and 6 indicates wheels.

However, in such a conventional structure, the low shift of the transfer table 3 and the fixed rail 40 roller 6 are assembled to the movable rail 5 by engaging them in two stages, upper and lower. Since the height becomes thick and limits the height of the loaded materials M to be transported, it is necessary to make the diameters of the rows 26 and 7 as small as possible. As a result, each bearing (not shown) of the roller 6.7 naturally becomes smaller in diameter, resulting in a disadvantage that the durability of the roller 6.7 is impaired. An example of a transfer device is shown in catalog N18105-11PT published by Daifuku Kiko Co., Ltd.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, a fixed rail 10 is fixedly installed on a vehicle body 1 at a central portion within a pair of front and rear roller conveyors 2, 2 in the vehicle width direction. The fixed rail 10 has a T-shaped side surface, and has a seven-shaped roller guide 11 projecting from its front and rear edges. The support portions 1:3.13 bent downward from the front and rear edges of the transfer accommodation J2 have V-shaped portions facing inwardly and facing the front and rear roller guides 11.11 of the fixed rail 10 in the horizontal direction. A roller guide 14 is provided protrudingly. The movable rail 15 is formed into a flat plate shape, and a plurality of rollers 16 are horizontally supported on both sides of the lower surface thereof. These rollers 16 include the roller guides 11.
A V-shaped circumferential groove 17 is formed corresponding to the groove 14. Then, the roller 16 is engaged with the fixed rail 10 and the roller guides 11.14 of the transfer table 12 on both sides of the fixed rail 10, the movable rail 15, the transfer table 12, and the t1 front and rear rollers 16, 16. It is assembled so that it can be moved relatively freely.

Here, since the roller 16 and the roller guide 11.14 are engaged in a V-shape, it is possible to support loads in both horizontal and vertical directions. Since the roller 16 is supported horizontally in this way, resulting in a so-called horizontal roller structure, the height of the transfer table 12 from above the vehicle body 1 should be made as small as possible as shown by hl. Can be done. Further, the roller 16 can be increased in size without changing the height dimension h1,
In other words, the durability of the roller 16 can be further improved.゛The embodiment shown in Fig. 3 is a case where a pair of fixed rails IOA are fixedly installed on the vehicle body 1 in the same manner as before, and the fixed rail IOA is

The transfer table 12A is formed into a flat plate shape, and has an inverted T-shaped support portion 13A fixed in the vehicle width direction at the center of its lower surface.
A V-shaped roller guide 14A, which faces the roller guide IIA of the fixed rail IOA in the horizontal direction, is protruded from the front and rear edges of the support portion 13A. The movable rail 15 is arranged upside down compared to the previous embodiment, that is, with the rollers 16 facing upward, and the fixed rail IOA and the roller guide 11A of the transfer table 12A are provided on the front and rear rows 216, respectively.

As described above, according to the invention, a roller is horizontally supported on a movable rail, and a fixed rail and a roller guide of a transfer table are engaged with each other on both sides of the roller, so that the roller can be moved freely in the horizontal direction. Because it is assembled, the height of the transfer table from the top of the vehicle body can be made as small as possible, which increases the loading height of the materials to be transported and improves the transport rate. .

In addition, since the roller and roller guide are engaged in a V-shape, it is possible to ensure sufficient load-bearing performance in the horizontal and vertical directions, without increasing the height dimension mentioned above. Since the diameter of the roller can be increased, the durability of the roller can be significantly improved, which has a great practical effect.
