Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve reliable operation by guiding the motion of rope in the carrying region through many guide wheels while guiding the reset region of rope through proper number of supporting wheels thereby blocking the running- off of rope during operation of conveyor. CONSTITUTION:The carry section at the intermediate section of a rope 3 stretched across a drive wheel 1 and an inverted wheel 2 is guided by means of many guide wheels 18 cantilevered rotatably from an intermediate machine frame 17. While the rope 3 in the reset region is mounted on a supporting wheel 21 arranged below said guide wheels 18 and guided without loosening. Consequently, natural running-off of rope 3 is prevented resulting in reliable operation of rope conveyor.

2. Description of the Related Art A lobe conveyor is known in which objects are conveyed by being placed on an endless rope that circulates. This rope conveyor is
Compared to conveyors using endless chains or belts, this system has advantages such as being able to freely select the conveyance route and increasing the conveyance distance. However, there have been various problems in the past, and it cannot be said that the rope conveyor is sufficiently popular.

Chain competition 4~ and belt conveyor chains and bells] can be made endless on site, but in the case of ropes, the connecting part must have the same diameter as the other parts. Therefore, it is difficult to carry out on-site work. Therefore, we used an endless rope prepared in advance to drive the vehicle.
Since the hook must be passed between the driven wheels, the driving wheel, driven wheel, and intermediate rope guide wheel must be removed from the machine frame each time the rope is replaced. Since rope conveyors are used in places where conveyance distances are long, the above-mentioned rope replacement work is a very troublesome work.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, this invention allows the rope to be replaced without removing the driving vehicle, even if the rope is endless, and also ensures that the rope does not come off naturally even during operation. It was completed for the purpose of providing a working rope conveyor. For this purpose, the rope conveyor of the present invention comprises a large number of guide cars that guide the movement of the rope in the transport area, and an appropriate number of support cars that are located below the guide cars and guide the rope in the return area. The main feature is that the guide wheel is supported on a cantilever, and further includes a drive wheel that is rotated by a drive device, a drive side tension wheel for rope tensioning located near the drive wheel, and a rope tensioner that is attached to the drive wheel together with the drive wheel. It is equipped with a driven wheel for passing, and a driven side tensioning wheel for lobe tensioning located near the driven wheel, and the driving wheel and the driving side tensioning wheel are cantilever-supported on the drive part machine frame, and the driven wheel and the driven side tensioning wheel are Another feature is that the side pulley is cantilever-supported on the machine frame with a single driven port.

To ensure reliable operation without the rope coming off during operation. Furthermore, since the guide wheel is supported on a cantilever, the rope can be easily installed. Furthermore, the driving wheel rotated by the drive device and the driving side shelving near the driving wheel are supported in a cantilever manner, and the driven wheel and the driven side shear near the driven wheel are supported in a cantilever manner. Coupled with the cantilevered support of the guide wheels, even ropes that have been made endless can be incorporated into the conveyor body extremely easily, making rope replacement work easy. It has a great effect. Therefore, it has the effect of increasing the practicality of the rope conveyor and contributing to the widespread use of the rope conveyor.
