That is, in the packaging bag according to the invention, one piece of the packaging body made of a synthetic resin film is extended from the other piece and an insertion piece is placed inside to form a part of the header, and a compartment seal part is formed at the lower end of the part of the header. At the same time, it is manufactured by heat-sealing both side edges of the housing body, and the upper part of the other piece of the housing body is formed as a sealing piece without being sealed.

However, in the packaging bag manufactured in this way, the upper end of the other piece of the packaging body is located at approximately the same position as the compartment sealing part, and therefore the opening of the packaging body formed between the upper end of the other piece and one piece. Since the section is located directly below the compartment seal section, there is a fatal drawback in that when storing the product through the opening, a part of the header becomes an obstacle, making it difficult to store the product.

In order to solve these drawbacks, the present invention provides a package in which one piece of the main body is extended from the other piece to form a part of the header, and the upper part of the other piece is formed as a sealing piece. An object of the present invention is to provide a completely new and useful packaging bag that can non-electrically facilitate the work of storing products in a packaging body by improving the packaging bag, and a method for manufacturing the same.

In order to achieve such an object, the present invention provides a packaging bag in which one piece of the packaging body made of a thermoplastic material is extended from another piece, and a part of the header is formed by the extended piece. The upper width part of the other piece is bent outward to form a downwardly facing sealing piece, and an opening is formed at the position of the bent part of the other piece.

In the present invention, the upper edge of the other piece of the packaging body is bent outward before the packaging body is heat-sealed, so the opening of the packaging bag after manufacturing is formed at the folded part of the other piece of the bag body. Since it is formed at a position separated from the compartment seal at the lower end of the header part, the header part may become an obstacle when storing products through the opening of the packaging body. Therefore, a remarkable effect has been obtained in that the product storage work is much easier than in the past.

Moreover, since a heat welding preventing means is provided between the sealing piece and the other bag body piece, even if the both sides of the bag body are thermally welded and sealed after the other piece is bent, the sealing piece and the bag body will never be separated. There is no seal between the other pieces, so the sealing function of the opening is never impaired.

Furthermore, the sealing piece of the packaging bag after manufacturing is formed by folding the other piece of the packaging body outward and facing downward.
This will have a synergistic effect on the ease of product storage work described in item 2.

Next, as shown in Fig. 2, the upper end of the other piece is bent outward to form the sealing piece 4 facing downward, and the sealing piece 4, which will be heat-sealed later, is heat-welded at a predetermined position between the other piece. A blocking ink 15 is applied, and as shown in the figure, a mold release material 6 is provided by applying a silicone resin to the outside of the sealing piece 4 via a pressure-sensitive adhesive 5.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4, hanging holes 7 are bored at predetermined intervals in the header part 3, and the film 1 is heat-fused at predetermined intervals, that is, at the positions of both side edges 9.9 of the mounting body 8. Once sealed, a packaging bag 10 as shown in FIG. 5 will be manufactured.

As shown in the figure, the packaging bag lO manufactured in this way is made by folding synthetic paper into a film in which one piece a of the packaging body 8 made of thermoplastic synthetic resin is extended beyond the other pieces. The header part 3 is formed by inserting the sealing piece 2 inside the compartment sealing part 12, and then bending the upper end of the other piece of the main body 8 outward to form a downward sealing piece 4. That is, by bending the upper end of the other side of the main body 8 outward, an open l'' portion 13 is formed at the bent portion 11, and this opening 13 is formed by bending the upper end of the other side of the main body 8 outward.
It is provided between the compartment seal part 12 at the lower end and the product 14, so that when storing the product 14 from the -C opening 13 into the packaging body 8, a part of the header will never become an obstacle. This makes it very easy to store the items. Furthermore, since the sealing piece 4 is formed by bending the other pieces outward and facing downward, this has a synergistic effect on the ease of the above-mentioned product storage operation.

In the above manufacturing process, before thermally sealing the side edges 9 and 9 of the packaging body 8, thermal welding prevention ink 15 is applied in advance to the side edges between the other side of the packaging body 8 and the sealing piece 4. Therefore, the sealing piece 4 and the other pieces are never welded together even after heat-sealing, and the sealing function of the opening 13 is never impaired. Therefore, when the product 14 is stored in the packaging bag 10 and sealed with the sealing piece 4 as shown in FIG. The bag 10 will be hung and displayed.

In the above embodiment, the other piece of the packaging body 8 and the sealing piece 4 are
The thermal welding prevention ink 15 is used as a thermal welding prevention means between the two, but the thermal welding prevention means described in "2" is by no means limited to this. It is also possible to insert the mold material between the other sealing pieces 4 mentioned above.

Further, in this embodiment, this heat welding prevention means is provided only at a predetermined position where heat sealing is to be performed between the sealing piece 4 and the other part of the packaging body 8, that is, at the side edge, but the present invention is not limited to this, for example. It may be provided entirely between the other piece and the sealing piece. In short, it is sufficient that it is provided at least on the side edge between the other piece and the sealing piece 4.

Further, in this embodiment, the sealing piece is formed by bending the other piece of the packaging body 8 before the formation of the header part 3, but this is not limited to this, and the sealing piece may be formed after the header part 3 is formed. Often there are no questions asked about the procedure. In short, the bending of the other pieces only needs to be carried out before the heat sealing of both side edges 9, 9 of the mounting body 8.

Further, the form of the packaging bag 10 and the material of the packaging body 80 are by no means limited to the examples described above; for example, in this example, both pieces a and b of the packaging body 80 are made of thermoplastic synthetic resin films. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and as shown in FIG. 6, one piece a may be made of synthetic paper and the other piece a may be made of film. Furthermore, in this case, it is also possible to form a gusset on the bottom 16 as shown in FIG. 7, and form the packaging bag 10 as a so-called standing bag that can stand up when storing the product 14, as shown in FIG. .
