ッドを収め、この高圧ヘッドを前記高圧ヘッド用内管に
対し、その端部に設けられたねじ部に螺合する袋ナツト
により前記ケーブル継手とともに固定し、さらに前記高
圧ケーブルが内部に収められている冷却媒体用パイプを
収容容器の前記突出管状部にパイプ継手を介して接続す
