  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■　−極性端子を兼ねる電池容器の内側面に配設した円
    筒状の一極性電極と、該−極性電極の中空部に円筒状セ
    パレータを介して配置された他極性電極と、該他極性電
    極に電気接続された他極性端子部材とを具備するもので
    あって、前記円筒状セパレータは合成樹脂製の織布或い
    は不織布よりなる第１の層と、微細孔を有した合成樹脂
    フィルムよりなる第２の層との二重層よりなると共に部
    分的に前記第１層のみの単独部分が存在していることを
    特徴とする円筒型電池。 ■　前記第１層のみの単独部分が電極と対向しないセパ
    レータの延長端部に存することを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第０項記載の円筒型電池。
