この発明は、そのままでは食用に適さないいわゆるベー
ター澱粉をアルファ化する(食用に適する様にする)ア
ルファ化澱粉の製造方法に関するものである。アルファ
化澱粉はのり状、ゼリー状として菓子やその他一般食料
品の材料のつなぎゃ増量材として広く使用されているが
、ベーター澱粉のアルファ化には、従来、蒸し、加熱な
どのために大がかりな装置を必要としていた。そこでこ
の発明では、極めて容易にアルファ化澱粉を製造する方
法を提起することを目的とするものである以下、実施例
