First, when washing is started, the water supply valve is opened (ON) and water is supplied into the receiver tube 2. When a certain amount of water is supplied, the water supply valve is closed (OFF), and mode 7 is activated (ON).
Then, the stirring blade 4 rotates. However, in general, if the cloth rotates too much in a certain direction, the cloth will sag more severely, so after a certain period of time, the motor 7 operates so that the stirring blade 4 rotates in the opposite direction.

After repeating this normal rotation and nine reverse rotations, washing is completed, the motor is stopped (OFF) L, and the drain valve is opened (ON) U to drain the dirty water. At this time, if the drain port is located at a high position, drainage can be done using the drain pump 12 or the like.

Next, the drain valve is left open, and after the waste water in the receiver tube 2 is drained, the laundry tub is rotated in only one direction for a certain period of time to spin out the laundry. Then, the dehydration completion layer transitions to water supply, rinsing, drainage, and dehydration to complete the washing work. During this series of operations, the motor is cooled by a fan, but in conventional washing machines, the motor rotates at high speed and for a relatively long time, so the cooling fan is used to cool the motor. However, in recent years, in order to eliminate the inconvenience caused by fabric stains and tangles during washing, the number of rotations of the stirring blades 4 during washing and rinsing has been minimized and the reversal period has been shortened. It's becoming a trend. For this reason, the motor 7 has been repeatedly started and stopped, and has been unable to rotate at a sufficiently high speed, resulting in problems such as the inability to cool the motor with the conventional cooling method using a fan. To solve this problem, proposals have been made such as using a motor with a large capacity (output) to suppress heat generation as much as possible, or installing a separate motor and constantly rotating a fan to cool the washing motor. However, they all had problems such as being expensive and structurally complex.

Purpose of the Invention The present invention solves these conventional problems and improves the cooling effect of the motor, thereby shortening the reversing time of the motor and preventing the laundry from twisting during washing. Structure The present invention fixes a drive motor that is directly connected to an agitating blade provided at the bottom of a washing tub via a drive device and transmits power to a support frame provided at the bottom of the washing tub, and this support frame The motor is suspended from an outer frame via a spring, and a cooling flow channel is provided on the outer periphery of the motor, and the flow channel is configured to communicate with the bottom of the washing tub through at least a plurality of communication channels. It flows into the cooling flow channel through the communication path, and can be sufficiently cooled even when the motor is operating and generates heat.

In Figs. 3, 4, 5, and 6, 2 is a receiver, 3 is a dehydrating washing tub, 3a is a reinforcing plate for the dehydrating washing tub 3, and 4 is a stirring blade with stirring blades 4a on the outer periphery. is formed. 7 is a drive motor, 8 is a power transmission belt, 9 is a pulley, 1o is a support frame, 11 is a suspension device, 14 is a spring, 7e is a metal part that supports the rotation of the motor, 7d is a coil part, 16a is a cooling water flow A plurality of circulation communication channels 2a and 2b are provided at the bottom of the receiving tube 2, and are fixed between the upper frame 7a and lower frame 7b of the motor 7, and are attached to the outer periphery of the iron core 7C. A connecting water channel 2a connects to a substantially donut-shaped cooling flow channel 16 whose inner side is tightly fixed.

Next, the operation will be explained. 0 At the same time as the washing starts, the water supply valve is opened (ON) and water is supplied into the receiver cylinder 2, and at the same time as the water supply ends, the motor 7 rotates. However, at this time, the motor 7 starts rotating, immediately stops, starts rotating in the opposite direction, and immediately stops again and starts again, repeating the cycle. For this reason, the motor 7 does not always receive current at startup, and the motor generates significant heat, but due to the flow of washing water in the washing tub that occurs during washing, it Washing water alternately flows into the cooling water channel 16 from the water channels 2a and 2b, absorbs the heat of the motor, and suppresses the heat generated by the motor 7. Therefore, no other cooling device is required, and the cooling effect can be enhanced even if the rotation of the motor is not sufficiently high.

Since the cooling flow channel 16 is firmly fixed between the upper frame 7a and the lower frame 7b of the motor 7, there is no particular problem when removing it, and it is convenient for servicing.

The motor is sufficiently cooled by the above-described operations during washing and rinsing, but no particular problem occurs even when there is no water in the washing tub, that is, during spin-drying. The reason for this is that during dehydration, the motor rotates at a sufficiently high speed, and some of the dehydrated liquid from the rotation of the dehydration tank accumulates in the cooling flow channel 16, and the motor itself generates less heat, allowing for sufficient cooling. . In addition, the above-mentioned cooling flow channel 16 is provided on the outer circumference of the motor.
Because it is provided, it is possible to prevent the spread of magnetic force,
It is preferable that the material is made of a non-magnetic material.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the washing machine of the present invention has the following features:
The motor can be effectively cooled by connecting the inside of the receiving cylinder and the cooling flow channel so as to allow circulation, and by fixing the cooling flow channel in close contact with the outside of the motor in a detachable manner.
Moreover, it is inexpensive, and it also makes it possible to reduce the amount of cloth tangled during washing, thereby eliminating cloth damage.
