面温度分布例を示す特性図、第５図は第３図の発熱体（
１ドツト）の表面温度分布例を示す特性図である。 １・・・発熱体、２・・・電極、３・・・角形発熱体、
４・・・両端のパターン（発熱体）、５・・・中央のパ
ターン（発熱体）。

  1. 三分割された長方形状のパターンのうち中央のパターン
    を両端のパターンより５〜３０５％幅広とした発熱体と
    、前記発熱体の両端に接続される電極とをイｊすること
