  1. 椅子の背もたれ上部又は同ヘッドレストに取り、付ける
    スピーカ装置において、前記スピーカの向き及び高さの
    調整機構を前記スピーカを取り付けたバッフル板の前記
    椅子側の縁に設け、かつ該縁側を常に前記背もたれ部に
    密着させて遮音することを特徴とする可動式ヘッドレス
    トスピーカ。
