(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The above-mentioned methods such as heat sealing and adhesives require complicated or time-consuming equipment, and are not always satisfactory in mass production. It wasn't something that should have been done. Further, when the spout is attached to the outside of the insertion hole of the liquid paper container, a sealing member for the insertion hole is required to prevent the content liquid from coming into contact with the cut surface of the insertion hole.

The supply device (B) of the spout (n) in this example
), the insertion operation of the teno spout (n) into the insertion hole of the paper container (m) is due to the reciprocating movement of the air cylinder, but this does not necessarily depend on such fluid pressure.
Other means for obtaining the information include forward and reverse rotation of the screw by rotation of a motor, reciprocating of the rack, pinion gear, cam, etc.

The welding device (A) for the spout to the paper container is a sucker (
The welding device main body (S) is arranged at the same height as the supply device (B) for the spout (n) according to 6), and consists of a converter (19), a booster (20), and a horn (21).
) is connected to the air cylinder (24) by a connecting rod (23) extending downward, and slides along guide rods (25), (25) supported by the machine frame (10). It has become. However, the reciprocating movement of the welding device main body (S) does not necessarily depend on the fluid pressure of an air cylinder, etc., as described in the case of the feeding operation of the spout (n) to the paper container (m) by the sucker (6). Of course, this can also be achieved by, for example, rotating a screw in the forward and reverse directions by rotating a motor, reciprocating a rack, a pinion gear, a cam, etc.

(Effects of the Invention) As can be understood from the device and its operation as explained above, the method of the present invention is to insert the spout from the inside into the insertion hole of the liquid paper container and project it outward. Then, while maintaining this state, the horn of the ultrasonic welding device is brought into contact with the paper container around the protruding spout from the outside, and the spout is heated and welded to the paper container by ultrasonic vibration. Because we have taken this method, it is possible to weld much more easily and quickly than conventional heat sealing or adhesives, and since heat is generated by ultrasonic vibration only in the areas necessary for sealing, there is no damage to the resin due to heat. The generation of unpleasant odors can be minimized, and since the horn of the ultrasonic welding device does not come into direct contact with the spout, there is no vibration damping.
Good welding can be performed in a short time.
