Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a ring-shaped flat diaphragm having a stable strength in the circumferential direction by mounting a circular flat diaphragm produced by rotational spinning on a jig which insures easy positioning and will not deform the diaphragm and removing its center part. CONSTITUTION:A jig 7 consists of an upper part 7a and a lower part 7b and includes a space 8 which is slightly larger in outer diameter and smaller in thickness than a diaphragm in its inside. A hole 9 having a slightly larger inner diameter than that of a ring-shaped flat diaphragm is provided on the upper part 7a of the jig 7. A groove 11 for causing the tip of a blade to escape is provided on the lower part 7b in the vicinity of the inner diameter of the ring-shaped flat diaphragm. The diaphragm is placed on the jig 7 constituted in such a way and fixed by jig fitting parts 13. While a projection 10 is fited on a lathe, etc., and rotated, it is machined in its inner diameter in the direction of an arrow D. が用いられている。さらにリング状平板振動板を用い中
心部分に高音用スピーカを配置した同軸型スピーカが、
再生音の定位の良さでもって実用化されている。

性を有しているため加工後治具7から取り出せば振動板
形状は変形しない。このように治具7に振動板6を弱く
圧着して治具7に挿着すれば、治具子と振動板6との接
触面積も大きいので、振動板6は摩擦によって強く治具
7に固定され加工の際に治具7の内部では動かない。従
ってつめ等で旋盤等に固定した時の様につめ付近での変
形が生じない。また切削される振動板6の切削部の近傍
捷で治具7で保持し、もう一方の面は刃先を逃がすため
の溝11を除いて全面保持しているので刃先圧着による
コア5や表面、14’3a、3bの変形を少くすること
ができる。この治具1には第6図(b)に示すように内
部空間8の内壁面に振動板面を保護する保腹層12を設
けても良い。この保護層12には布やフェルト・皮・ゴ
ム・プラスチック等、損失が大きく表面摩擦係数の大き
な材料が適している。この治具を矢印B、Cのごとく回
転し、矢印り、Eに示される部分で中心部を除去すれば
、第7図のリング状平板振動板14が得られる。内径部
分のコアはすでに表面材3a、abが貼られているので
