The present invention relates to a blow molding method for a rubber product used in manufacturing a hollow rubber product having an irregular cross section with a large thickness change and a bent portion in the axial direction. Here, we will explore and explain a hollow rubber product with an irregular cross section and a bent part in the axial direction, using as an example a seal corner part used for sound insulation between the engine and cabin of a truck, but this is not limited to this product. isn't it. The seal corner part 1 has a shape as shown in FIG. A straight extrudate was manufactured by inserting a bent mandrel and vulcanization molding. However, in the former case, removing the core from the product after vulcanization molding, and in the latter case, inserting and removing the mandrel from the product are both manual and time-consuming. There was a risk of damaging or deforming the product during work. Furthermore, in the latter case, the radius inside the product was difficult to form neatly, and the shape of the product was limited. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method for easily and neatly manufacturing a hollow rubber product having an irregular cross section and a bent portion in the direction of the ball by eliminating the above-mentioned problems. The gist of this invention is that when manufacturing a hollow rubber product having an irregularly shaped cross section and a bent portion in all axial directions, an unprocessed rubber product prepared in advance by extrusion is placed in a mold having a cavity having a desired bent shape. After setting the sulfurized rubber tube and the vulcanized correction rubber material for constructing the irregular cross section, the rubber tube was expanded by blowing pressurized fluid, and then heated and vulcanized to expand with the correction rubber material. A blow molding method for rubber products in which a rubber tube is integrated within a mold. Hereinafter, the method of the present invention will be explained based on illustrated examples. The seal corner portion 1 having the shape shown in FIG. 1 is manufactured in the following order. {1- An uncured rubber tube 2 having a cross section as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 and an uncured correction rubber material 3 constituting the irregular cross section are prepared by extrusion. Here, the rubber tube 2 is assumed to have a uniform wall thickness. If the thickness is uneven, there is a risk of tearing at the thin wall part during blow molding, which will be described later. (2) Rotate the press handle 5 of the blow molding device as shown in FIG. 2 to engage the molds 6 and 7.
As shown in FIG. 3, the molds 6 and 7 are provided with a cavity 9 having a bent portion and a heat medium flow path 12 for heating and cooling. At this time, the mold temperatures of the molds 6 and 7 are controlled by the heating valve 10 and the temperature control pipe 11.
Increase temperature by passing pressurized steam (approximately 100oo)
I'll keep it. '3l Next, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, the correction rubber material 3
is set in the cavity 9 of the mold 7 while being bent, and then the insert 42 prepared in advance is set. Furthermore, attachments 13 for steam conduction are attached to both ends of the rubber tube 2, and the rubber tube 2 is also set in the cavity 9.

[4} Next, close the mold by turning the press handle 5, and keep the mold temperature at about 100 qo for the required time (about 7.5 minutes).
3 to preheat the rubber tube 2 to facilitate the next blow molding. {5) Next, fully open the blow valve 15 and flow pressure adjustment valve 16 to allow pressurized steam to pass through, then gradually close the blow pressure adjustment valve 16 to keep the three pressures in the rubber tube 2 at a constant pressure (4k9
/ ground) or above. At the same time, the temperature control valve 11 is also closed, and the temperature of the molds 6 and 7 is raised to near the vulcanization temperature (approximately 150°C) for a fixed period of time (approximately 150°C).
0 minutes) Leave it alone. By this blow molding, as shown in FIG. 5, the rubber tube 2 expands due to steam pressure, fuses with the correction rubber material 3, becomes integrated, and is heated and vulcanized. ■ Next, close the heating valve 10 and flow valve 15,
Fully open temperature control valve 1 1 and flow pressure control valve 16.
When the blow pressure becomes 0, the press handle 5 is turned to open the mold, and the product is molded from the molds 6 and 7. Next, the cooling valve 17 is closed, water is passed through the molds 6 and 7, and when the mold temperature reaches a predetermined temperature (approximately 100 pm), the cooling valve 17 is closed and the heating valve 10 is turned off. .. After that, start again from step (1) above and repeat. In addition, although pressurized steam was used as the blowing fluid in the above from the viewpoint of thermal efficiency, hot air may also be used. Further, 19 in the figure is a bit. Since the method of the present invention is the method described above, it has the following effects. 'a} It is possible to easily produce a hollow rubber product with a modified cross section and a bent part in the axial direction, which has a large thickness change. {b] There is no need to remove the core or insert, there is no risk of the product being damaged or deformed, and the overall manufacturing cost is lower. {c' It is easy to integrally mold the insert. Conventionally, after the product is molded, an insert hole is formed with a drill or a punch, and the insert is inserted and set from the hollow part of the product.
