Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled tape or sheet capable of clearly and easily copying the content of newspaper, etc., by laminating a transparent film with a slightly adhesive transparent composition containing minute spheres of an acrylic adhesive having a specific diameter and a specific liquid compound such as stearic acid. CONSTITUTION:(A) Minute spheres of an acrylic adhesive having particle diameter of 10-100mu (preferably 15-40mu) (e.g. obtained by the suspension polymerization of butyl acrylate, etc.) is mixed with (B) a liquid compound selected from stearic acid, lanolin, liquid surfactant (e.g. sorbitan monostearate ester, etc.) and silicone oil. The obtained slightly adhesive composition is applied to a surface of a transparent film (preferably cellulose acetate film), and dried to obtain the objective tape, etc. The amounts of stearic acid, lanolin, liquid surfactant and silicone oil are preferably 0.1-5pts.(wt.), 0.1-20pts., 0.1-20pts. and 0.1- 3pts. per 100pts. of the component A, respectively. EFFECT:Since there is no peeling of the paper, the copying can be repeated.

Conventionally, to record and preserve newspaper articles, etc., it was necessary to copy them using a copy machine, cut them out with scissors, and paste them into scrapbooks, notebooks, etc., but copying them was expensive, and cutting them out with scissors was done only on the back side. The disadvantage was that the cutout could not be used and the remaining parts could not be used.

In particular, newspaper ink is a so-called composite ink, which is made by dissolving and dispersing carbon black, a fixing agent such as rosin, ester rubber, Giltonite, mineral oil such as petroleum resin, and mineral oil such as diesel oil, spindry oil, or machine oil. The adhesive tape of the present invention also works well because it uses varnish as a vehicle and has a low viscosity of 6-3 to 15 voids, and the newspaper is a porous newspaper with large fiber gaps printed with the above newspaper ink. With tape, newspaper articles can be reproduced particularly clearly without the phenomenon of paper tearing.

The mixture was added within a temperature range of 0.degree. C. for suspension polymerization, and after the polymerization was completed, it was cooled, salted out, and dried to obtain a polymer. The diameter of the obtained microspheres was 30μ on average. The obtained polymer was mixed in a butanol/toluene (6/4) mixed solvent to obtain a microsphere dispersion with a solid content of 8%, and an acrylic adhesive (97 parts by weight of butyl acrylate and 3 parts by weight of acrylic acid) was added to the dispersion. (parts by weight of polymer) was added so that the solid content ratio was 674, and a small amount of zinc acetate was added to crosslink it, and then 100 parts by weight of a spheres were added.
Ester of sorbicun monostearate (based on parts by weight)
A slightly sticky composition was obtained by adding and mixing 10 parts by weight of Nonion 5P-60 (manufactured by NOF Corporation) and 1 part by weight of silicone oil. The obtained composition was applied to a transparent diacetate film having a thickness of 45 μm and a matte back surface and dried to obtain the adhesive tape of the present invention having a slightly adhesive composition layer laminated with a thickness of 20 μm. Ta. Adhesive strength of the obtained adhesive tape: 100f
It was 725M wide. Furthermore, wk#'s body was crushed and flattened. Furthermore, when the obtained adhesive tape was attached to newspaper and peeled off, it was easily peeled off without smearing, and a clear image was transferred to the adhesive tape. Also, when copying was repeated at the same spot on the newspaper, clear images were obtained up to 12 times.
