There are various materials and shapes of heating elements used in electric resistance heating furnaces and the like, and there are also various methods of attaching the heating elements to the furnace body. Among these methods, the most widely adopted method is to have a heating element in the form of a metal ribbon suspended from the projection by protruding from a part of the inner surface of the furnace wall. Due to recent advances in metal heating elements, this method has come to be employed in higher temperature furnaces. Furthermore, the material of the innermost layer of the furnace wall tends to be changed from conventional hard materials such as refractory bricks or refractory insulation bricks to a soft fibrous material such as kaolin, which has excellent heat insulation properties. In this case, the bottle cannot be held by this lining layer, so the pin must penetrate through this layer and be supported by the underlying refractory bricks, etc. This increases the length from the lining layer to the suspension part of the heating element, which increases the length of the pin. The bending moment applied to increases.

This pin can be made of refractory materials such as ceramics, or made of metal such as heat-resistant steel, or can be made into a pin assembly using this metal as the core and a refractory bushing fitted around the outside diameter. We can separate. The former type of beam has high leap strength and is less likely to deform due to suspension loads, but it has the disadvantage of being easily broken by thermal shock, etc., and is not common. The latter has the disadvantage of being subject to many deformations. In addition, both the former and the latter are easy to remove from the wall due to differences in thermal expansion, so there are cases where a bent part or a large diameter part is provided in the raised part of the wall, but in this case, the pins are installed at the same time as the wall is constructed. The drawbacks are that the construction is complicated, and that repairs are extensive.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a pin portion in an example in which the innermost layer is lined with a fibrous refractory material. To explain the construction order of this embodiment, a hole is bored at a predetermined angle in a direction in which the inner wall side of the furnace is upward, using a drill, in a wall 1 constructed of fireproof and insulating bricks. A porcelain tube 3 coated with a joint material on its outer surface is inserted into this hole, and the fibrous lining 2 is held and attached to the inner wall surface with pins (not shown) or the like. Cut out the overlapping part of the lining 2 with the porcelain tube and take care of it. The pin body 4 is a stainless steel round bar cut to a certain size and bent at the same angle as the inclination angle of the porcelain tube. This is inserted into the porcelain tube B so that its protruding part is horizontal. I can do it. A porcelain bunshi 5 and a lid 6 are fitted onto this horizontal part, and a small diameter pin 7 is fitted onto the horizontal part.
It will not come off.

In this embodiment, the suspended load of the heating element 8 is transmitted to the inner surface of the porcelain tube B, which is provided at an angle, via the pin body 4, but due to this inclination, the pin body 4 is directed toward the back of this inner surface. This force is transmitted to the small diameter pin 7, the lid 6, and the bushing 5.
The bushing 5 tightens the inner lining 6. Therefore, pushy
5 receives a moment centered on the lower end of its contact surface with the inner lining 2 due to the suspension load, and in opposition to this moment, the horizontal portion of the pin body 4 protruding from the wall surface receives tensile stress. I will receive it. In the conventional straight pin body, the suspension load gives a bending moment to the pin body, but in this example, it is not a bending moment but a tensile load, so the absolute value of the stress becomes very small, and creep deformation occurs. will virtually no longer be a problem. In addition, in the case of a very large blast furnace, if the horizontal part is creep deformed, the pin body 4
The raised part enters the depths of the porcelain tube, and the initial positional relationship is maintained. Further, since this embodiment has the lining layer 2, the bending moment applied to the pin body 7 is reduced by using the porcelain tube 3 together.

The removal prevention effect of the present invention is due to the fact that the protruding portion of the pin body 4 is inclined in a direction with the inner wall side of the furnace facing upward, and also due to its own weight or the load of the pusher 5, the lid 61, and the heating element 8. It is something that occurs. Therefore, if there is dead weight, it will occur. Therefore, the present invention is applicable not only to the pin 9 used to prevent the lower end of the heating element 8 from deforming or contacting it as shown in FIG. 2, but also to pins used for purposes other than suspending or holding the heating element. In addition, the removal prevention effect of the present invention is as follows:
The protruding part of the pin body 4 has a straight bar shape without a bent part or an enlarged diameter part, and since it is held by the frictional force of the protruding part, there is no need for its outer peripheral surface to be in close contact with the wall. When the pin body is damaged by oxidation or other causes, it can be easily pulled out and replaced with a new pin body, making it extremely easy to repair.
