PURPOSE:To perform a low frequency conversion with the same frequency as a local frequency used for a color system and to improve a frequency characteristic by separating luminance signal components at the high frequency side by means of a comb-shaped filter. CONSTITUTION:A video signal is inputted to a BPF1, HPF5 and an LPF9 of a magnetic recorder, and color video signal components passing through the BPF1 are converted into low-frequency by means of a convertor 4. A luminance signal system is separated into two systems by a comb-shaped filter 2 and a subconvertor 3. の輝度信号を取り出すことができるので、周波数特性の
