Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain stable actuating operation and also to simplify the process in comparison with a thin film forming method by bonding a recording magnetic coil comprising a flexible board to the upper face of a protection cover. CONSTITUTION:The recording magnetic coil 22 made of the flexible board is bonded to the upper face of the actuator cover 26. An objective lens 23 collects the ray 27 onto a recording medium of an optomagnetic recording medium 21 and a support 24 supports the objective lens and an actuator device 25 moves the lens 23 and the support 24 in the direction of one/two or three axes. The recording medium of the optomagnetic recording medium 21 is recorded by flowing a current to a flexible magnetic coil 22.

導線を接続する必要があるが、12は13と14からな
る可動部分上にあるため、この導線が15と16からな
る固定部分との間に橋渡しする状態となる。そのため、
動作中にこの導線が切れたり、接続不良を起こす心配が
ある。そして、この導線の剛性が可動部分の動作に悪影
響を与え、正確なアクチェエート動作を妨げるという問
題があった。また、14の上面に薄膜で磁気コイルを形
成することは、製作工程が複雑で高度な精密加工技術を
必要とする。

て工程が極めて簡単で、技術的にも容易であるため、光
磁気ヘッド全体としての価格が安くなるという効果も有
する。
