PURPOSE:To pack efficiently and uniformly a prescribed amt. of sand into a casting mold by connecting a gas vessel and blowing nozzles via a selectro valve and opening the selector valve at the same instant when an open/shut plate is opened. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed amt. of the sand is charged into a sand vessel 5 and a gas kept under a prescribed pressure is introduced into a gas vessel 8. An air cylinder 6 is then actuated to open/shut plate 7 to the right and left and at the same time the selector valve 10 is opened. The gas is blown instantaneously from the nozzle 9 so that the prescribed amt. of the sand is quickly packed from the vessel 5 into the molding flask 1. The vessel 5 and the flask 1 are separated upon ending of sand packing and a device for supplying a curing gas is connectted to the molding flask to cure the sand. The casting mold is thus produced.

ローして型枠内へ砂を充填するようにした鋳型用砂充填

の下部にはエアーシリンダー6で開閉する開閉板7が容
器5の底板を形成する様設けられている0面して砂容器
5の周囲には隣接してブロー用カス容器8が設けられ、
又砂容器5内にはブロー用ノズル9が多数説けられ、こ
れらのノズル9はガス容器8と切換弁10を介して連結
されている。尚、図中11はガス容器に所定量のガスを
導入する為の弁であり、12は吸引1」であり、13は
吸引ボックス2又は模型4に設けたベントホールであり
、14は砂投入口である0図においては圧力計、吸引ポ
ンプ、圧力コントロール装置等は省略しである。本発明
の砂充填装置に於ては、砂容器5内に所定量の砂を投入
し、ガス容器8内に所定の圧力のガスを導入し、エアー
シリンダー6を作動させて開閉板7を左右に開くと同時
に切換ブtlOを開にすると、ノズル9より瞬時にガス
がブローされ、砂容器5から型枠l内に所定量の砂が迅
速に砂が充填される。
