Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable continuous production of a linear color forming material which is capable of making optional linear coloring, by a method wherein a molding material extruded through a nozzle of an extruder is scored by a cutter and a coloring agent is poured into a score from an injector. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of stripes of scores 4 is provided on a sheetlike molding material 3, which has been extruded through an outlet nozzle 2 by kneading and melting a resin molding material loaded in an extruder 1, by a cutter 5 whose angle theta is set at 90 deg.. This molding material 3 with scores is kept at a horizontal state through a back-up roller 6. A regulator valve 15 is released under this state, compressed air is supplied to a coloring agent tank 10 through air piping 13, adjusted by a flow adjusting valve 11 and a coloring agent 7 is poured into the scores 4 from the tip of an injection needle 12 through a supply pipe 16.

り生産性を大巾に向上させることができ、しかも任意の
線状着色が可能である線状着色成形材料の製造装置を提
供することにある。 [発明の開示] (構 成) 本発明の製造装置は、押出機(1)の出口ノズル(2)
に隣接して配置され押出されてきた成形材料(3)に筋
目(4)ヲ入れるカッター(5)と、筋目(41ケ入れ
られた成形材料(3)t−水平状態に支持する受け0−
ラ(6)と、水平状態に支持された成形材料(3)の筋
目(4)に着色剤(71を注入する注入器(8)とから
成ることを特徴とし、カッター(6)により連続的に筋
目(4)ヲ入れ、筋目(4)に注入器(8)により連続
的に着色剤(7)を注入することができて上ε目的を達

れる。押出機(1)の出口ノズル(2)の前方の下位に
は筋目(4)を入れられた成形材料(3)全水平状態に
支持する受けO−ラ(8)が配置されている。カッター
(6)の前方には顔料、染料ま−fcIfiカーボンブ
ラックとスチレシ七ツマ−との混合物のような粘稠な着
色剤(7)を成形材料(3)の筋目+41に(l:1に
より圧縮空気を着色剤タンク(lO)に送り込み供給管
(l呻を通して流量調整パルプ(1すによりiti調整
