めると共に、テーブル1上に材料10を供給して、その
縁貼りすべき側縁を縁材2の糊付面に当てて材料10を
圧貼手段Cへ押し付けながら手送りすれば、材料が複雑
な曲線の場合でも、又、直線と曲線とを有する場合でも
、圧貼手段Cにより縁材2を材料10の側縁各部へほぼ
一定した圧力で確実に押し付けられ、曲線部への完全な
縁粘りができるものである。

隔を縁材2と材料10との貼着に必要な押付力が得られ
る様に調整して縁材送り手段Aにより縁材2を送り、糊
付手段Bにより糊付けさせて、縁材2が薄手の場合はガ
イド3とローラ3とに案内させ、厚手の場合はガイド3
′とローラ3を外して直接圧貼手段Cへ進め、之に同調
してベルトコンベヤ5と抑えローラ9との間へ材料10
を供給すれば、材料10はその縁貼りすべき側縁部を縁
材2の糊付面に当てて受はローラ15により圧貼手段C
へ押し付けられながら自動送りされ、その側縁へ確実に
縁材を貼着されて0.3ミリから10ミリ迄の縁材の直
線貼りが自動的に出来た。

ことにより、材料を自動送りする直線縁貼機とすること
ができるから、この機械を一台設置するするだけで、あ
らゆる縁貼りが可能となるため、二台の機械を用いた場
合に比べて大巾な設備費の節約が可能となり、又、設備
場所も縮少されるだけでなく、電力等の耐曲設備費や保
守管理費も安上りとなって極めて経済的なものである。

より材料を直線的に自動移送しながら受はローラにより
圧貼手段へ縁貼部を押し付ける直線縁貼機となるもので
、その機能変換が迅速容易にでき、且、それぞれの機械
は従来の専用機と変るところがない機能と操作性と専用
機と同等の能力を発揮するから、経済的で便利な木工用
縁貼機として極めて実用的なものである。
