して垂直に、かつ、互いに摺れ違い状に昇降する前後一
対の方形の枠に、一側に設けた刃先を同一平面上に揃え
た縦長で帯状の刃物を横方向に等間隔に多数配置すると
ともに、隣接する刃物が上記枠と共に互いに摺れ違い状
に昇降するように、交互に該一対の枠に各々の上下を支
承させ、上記刃先に押し付けた材料を上記刃物の配置間
隔で一斉に切断するようにした縦刃型食肉スライサーの
