第１図は、従来のツイストペア−フラットケーブルの一
例を示す断面図である。第２図は、従来のツイストペア
−フラットケーブルの他の例を示す断面図である。第３
図は、従来のツイストペア−フラットケーブルにおいて
、ツイストペア−線の接着に伴って絶縁電線の絶縁体が
変形する様子を示す断面図である。第４図は、この考案
に従ったツイストペアーフラケットケーブルの主要な構
成要素であるツイストペア−線を示す斜視図である。第
５図は、第４図に示されるツイストペア−線を互いに固
着して得られたツイストペア−フラットケーブルの断面
図である。 図において、１は絶縁電線、４はツイストペア−線、５
は空洞、６はスリーブ、８は絶縁体を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数本のツイストペア−線を平行に並べてそれらを互い
    に固着したツイストペア−フラットケーブルにおいて、 前記各ツイストペア−線は、 ２本の絶縁電線と、 １対の空洞を有しこの各空洞内に前記各絶縁電線を収納
    するスリーブと、からなり、 前記１対の空洞は、互いに一定間隔に離隔され、かつ、
    所定のピッチで交互にＳ撚りとＺ撚りの形態となるよう
    に長さ方向に連続的に形成され、 前記各ツイストペア−線のスリーブが互いに固着されて
    フラットケーブルを構成する、ツイストペア−フラット
    ケーブル。
