Claims

(1) A fixed ring having a flange at one end through which the shaft passes and which is fixed to the shaft; a rotating ring having a flange at one end through which the shaft passes and is rotatable; the fixed ring and the rotating ring; a spring wound substantially in contact with the outer periphery of the ring and having both end surfaces having a gap between the respective flange sides of the fixed ring and the rotating ring; and a roller fixed to the outer periphery of the rotating ring.
