おいても上記電動装置をはじめ多くの電気部品に通電し
ていなければならず、相当な電力消費を強いられ温度上
昇も続き更に純機械式にて直線縫を行なう場合よりも作
動音も大となりがちであり、また電子回路の構成要素及
び接続は非常に複雑であるため万一僅かの部分でも支障
をきたすと肝心な直線縫も不可能となる恐れもあるので
電子ミシンにおいて簡単な直線縫は電子回路に依存しな
い作動方式に切替えて純機械的に行わせるようにしたも
のである。

くなり送り調節カム体、32は調節器バネ圧切替用カム
体であり、35は例えば上記ダィアル20及び上記各カ
ム32,22,25,23,28を貫通して前後方向可
動に設けられた後造縫ボタン軸である。

圧に伴って長孔36′端部が上記作動ピン31を上記逆

行なわれる所謂本格的電子ミシンとして供用され、上記
ダーィアル20をS範囲に向けて切替えれば先ず上記電
子回路が消勢され、次いで針棒が直線縫用位置に固定さ
れ、次いで直線縫用針穴9′が所要位置を占めるように
されるとともに送り調節器偏俺バネ39は充分に緊張さ
れた状態とされ該ダィアルがS範囲の一端に入った時に
は送り制御作動ピン31が上記正送り量制御カム面29
の一端即ち正送り量を最大に規制する位置にて圧接され
、該ダィアルが更にS範囲の他蚊端に向けて回動されれ
ば上記ピン31は上記カム面29の作用により正送り量
を最小とする方向に移動されるものであり、またダィア
ル20がS範囲のどの位置にあっても上記後進縫ボタン
軸35を押圧すると上記ピン31は送り量を対称的に規
制する逆送り量制御カム面30に強制されるものであり
、即ち正送り量を任意に手動調節可能な純機械式直線縫
ミシンとして供用され得るものとなる。

縫をするための電子回路の開閉器を閉じるカム装置と、
該操作部材の回動操作に連動する横振固定カム及び送り
調節カム体及びバネ圧切替用カム体と、前記操作部材を
直線縫に選択操作すると回動されて針棒揺動固定片を移
動せしめ該固定片を横振制御用パルスモータのクランク
ピンに係合せしめる横振固定カムと、前記操作部材を直
線縫に選択操作すると回動され対称的に刻設された正及
び逆送りカム面が対面する溝内に一端が臨ましめられ且
つ自動模様縫のときに送り制御用パルスモータによって
回動せしめられる送り調節器軸を制御する送り制御作動
ピンを前記正送りカム面に圧接せしめる偏倚バネを作用
せしめるバネ圧切替用カム体とを備え、前記操作部材を
直線縫に選択操作すると前記クランクピンの固定による
針棒の横振停止と前記バネ圧切替用カム体による偏倚バ
ネの作用による前記送り制御作動ピンの正送りカムへの
圧接が同時に設定せしめられる如く構成されたミシン。
