Therefore, in view of the conventional situation as described above, the present invention provides a cylindrical shock absorber by bending a single sheet material, and forms a cut groove for fixing and supporting the product on the wall of the shock absorber. Insert the convex-shaped part of the product located in the space of the buffer body into the cut groove to fixedly support the product in a suspended state within the buffer body,
At least two cushioning bodies each fixedly supporting a product are arranged so that the convex portions of the products do not coincide with adjacent ones, and the convex portion of one product is brought into contact with the outer surface of the cushioning body of the other product. The structure in which the outer surface of the product is brought into contact with the inner surface of the outer box is narrowed, and the convex-shaped parts of the product that protrude from the outer surface of the buffer body facing the inner surface of the outer box are inscribed and housed in the inner surface of the outer box, improves strength and cushioning effect. The present invention provides a shock absorbing device for packaging that is not only superior but also easy to assemble and advantageous in terms of cost.

That is, in FIG. 2, 2A is a sheet material, 3 is a folding line formed in parallel in the same direction on the sheet material 2A, and 4 and 5 are formed when the sheet material 2A is folded along the folding line 3. Surfaces 6 of the cylindrical body are grooves for fixing and supporting the product formed on the opposing surfaces 4, 4, respectively, and are formed at opposing positions of the cylindrical body.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a product to be inserted into the internal space of the buffer body 2, and has a configuration in which convex portions of the IA protrude from opposing positions on both side ends of the main body.

In order to securely support the product 1 within the cushioning body 2, the sheet material 2A is placed around the product 1, and while the convex portions IA of the product 1 are inserted into the cut grooves 6, the sheet material 2A is folded. Bend it into a cylindrical shape that surrounds the product 1, and then
Both ends of the sheet material 2A are fixed to each other using a fixing means such as tape.

In this state, the product 1 is suspended in the interior space of the buffer body 2 and is fixedly supported.

The cushioning body 2 containing the product 1 as described above is stored inwardly in the outer box as described above, and the outer box itself is sealed with tape or the like to complete the packaging.

In this case, at least two pieces each fixedly support the product 1 (
In this embodiment, the four (4) cushioning bodies 2 are arranged so that the convex portions IA of the products 1 do not coincide with adjacent ones, and the convex portions IA of one product 1 are used as the buffers of the other product 1. A product 1 protrudes from the outer surface of the buffer body 2 that contacts the outer surface of the body 2 and narrows the outer surface, and faces the inner surface of the outer box 8.
The convex portions IA of the outer box 8 are respectively inscribed and housed in the inner surface of the outer box 8.

According to this configuration, since the product 1 is fixedly supported in a suspended state in the inner space of the cylindrical buffer body 2 formed by the sheet material 2A, the main body portion of the product 1 is is not inscribed in the outer box 8, and the outer box 8
The impact acting on the product 1 is not directly transmitted to the product 1, and the product 1 can be protected from the impact to prevent damage such as deformation and cracks.

しかも、製品1を支持した緩衝体2を外箱8内。Moreover, the cushioning body 2 supporting the product 1 is placed inside the outer box 8.

Since the outer surface of each shock absorber 2 is narrowed down when stored in the outer box 8, deformation of the shock absorber 2 within the outer box 8 can be prevented, and the convex portion 1A of the product 1 can be prevented from coming off the cut groove 6. It is possible to reliably maintain the suspended state of the product 1 within the buffer body 2 without fear.

In addition, according to the above structure, the buffer body 2 can be formed by simply cutting out a sheet material and then folding it, making it extremely easy to manufacture and eliminating the need for assembling the buffer body unlike in the past. This makes packaging work easier.

Furthermore, it is possible to obtain the conventional inner box effect in which the cushioning body 2 covers the product 1, and therefore, there is no need to use an inner box as in the conventional case, resulting in resource-saving packaging and cost reduction.

As explained above, according to the present invention, by simply improving the buffer structure, the main body of the product does not come into contact with the outer box, protecting the product from impact and preventing damage such as deformation and cracking. It can exhibit sufficient buffering function.

Furthermore, when the shock absorbers supporting the product are stored inside the outer box, the outer surface of each shock absorber is narrowed down, which prevents deformation of the shock absorbers inside the outer box and prevents the convex portion of the product from being cut. There is no fear that the product will come off the groove, and the suspended state of the product within the buffer body can be maintained reliably.

In addition, the cushioning body can be formed by simply cutting out the sheet material and then folding it, making it easier to manufacture and assemble, improving packaging, and making packaging more resource-saving. This has a great effect.
