[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a cap member of a container, and in particular, to a cap member of a container equipped with a nut for attaching a crown, a hollow cylindrical body with a threaded portion on the inner circumferential surface. A thin-walled part with a knurled part formed on the outer peripheral surface is interposed between the head formed at one end in the axial direction of the body, and a mouthpiece body connected in the axial direction is used. By crimping the cap body mounting plate with the part and simultaneously engaging the knurled part,
It is possible to increase the fixing strength and the dimensional accuracy between the nuts, and to manufacture a lightweight and inexpensive base member.

Generally, the cap part of a container made of a flexible material or a metal material, such as an aircraft fuel tank, is attached to the cap body inside a flange 1 that joins the container (not shown), as shown in FIG. A plate 2 is provided to form a sealing part, and a plurality of cap bodies 4 having screws 3 carved on the inner circumference are fixed at a constant pitch in the circumferential direction of the cap body mounting plate 2. .

Conventionally, as a means of fixing the cap body provided with this screw to the cap body mounting plate, the cap body is pressure-fitted to the cap body mounting plate, or by welding to the cap body mounting plate or by attaching the cap body to the cap body mounting plate. For example, as the former means, an annular groove is interposed between a head protruding in the outer circumferential direction at the end of the mouthpiece body, and the outer diameter is larger than that of the head. A flange having a shape is formed, a protrusion is provided around the outer circumferential surface of the flange, and the outer circumferential surface of the head is brought into close contact with the insertion hole by press-fitting the cap body from the lower surface of the insertion hole of the cap body mounting plate. At the same time, the lower edge of the insertion hole is deformed to bulge into the annular groove between the head and the flange,
Furthermore, there is one in which the upper edge of the protrusion of the flange is attached to the lower end of the mounting plate of the cap body, and a protrusion is provided around the outer peripheral surface of one end of the cap body, and the flange is attached to the lower side of this outer peripheral surface. By forming the insertion hole of the cap body mounting plate to a diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the part where the protrusion is provided, and press-fitting the cap body, the cap body mounting plate is compressed and deformed to form the insertion hole. There is one in which the inner surface of the blade is attached to a protrusion.

However, with this type of press-fitting, there is a certain limit to the adhesion strength, and not only can the cap body loosen or fall off, but also the cap member can curve or recur as the cap body mounting plate deforms. , the sealing function is hindered, and there are also disadvantages such as the pitch between the threaded portions being different.

As the latter method, there is a method in which a flange is provided on the cap body, the flange is inserted into the insertion hole of the cap body mounting plate, and then the peripheral edge of the flange is welded to the cap body mounting plate. There is one in which a protrusion is provided and placed in a mold or mold, and the material of the base body mounting plate is melted and injected, and then hardened.

All of these methods have the advantage of obtaining higher fixing strength than the former, but welded ones have the same disadvantages as above because they cannot avoid curving due to deformation of the base mounting plate.
Although fusion bonding can avoid the drawbacks caused by deformation of the base mounting plate, it not only increases the weight of the entire base member compared to other methods, making it inconvenient to handle, but also requires manufacturing jigs,
This method has disadvantages such as complicated equipment, requiring many steps, and being expensive.

Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to provide a cap member for a container that increases the adhesion strength between the cap body provided with a threaded portion and the cap body mounting plate; Another purpose of this invention is to provide a lightweight and inexpensive cap member, which is suitable for a cap member in a liquid storage container. A further object of the present invention is to provide a cap member for a container that allows the cap body to be fixed to the cap body mounting plate with a simple operation.

The cap body 4 is made up of a hollow cylindrical body 7 having an outer diameter approximately the same as the thin wall portion and connected to the thin wall portion. The thin wall portion 6 is inserted into the insertion hole 10 in this state and is bent and deformed outward in the radial direction by an external force applied in the axial direction through the bolt screwed into the threaded portion 9 of the body portion 7, and then the cap body is attached. It is characterized in that it is press-fitted to the lower surface of the plate 2, and the peripheral edge of the insertion hole 10 is engaged by the knurled part 8 of the thin-walled part 6.

is locked in the upper part of the insertion hole 10, and the head 5 is pressed by an appropriate means to restrain the axial and circumferential movements of the cap body 4, and then a bolt (not shown) is inserted into the threaded portion of the body 7. 9 and rotate it in a certain direction, the threaded part 9 will be attached to the body part 7.
Since an external force in the axial direction is applied through the insertion hole 10, the head 5 fixed to the upper part of the insertion hole 10 is displaced in the axial direction, and the thin part 6, which has low strength, is finally bent and deformed diametrically outward. It protrudes and comes into pressure contact with the lower part of the insertion hole 10 and the lower surface of the base body mounting plate 2.

As mentioned above, this idea is such that the head of the cap body and the thin wall part press the top and bottom surfaces of the cap body mounting plate, and at the same time, the knurled part of the thin wall part engages the periphery of the insertion hole of the cap body mounting plate. The structure is as follows.

Moreover, since it is fixed to the base body mounting plate by deformation of the thin wall part of the base body and bite by the knurled part, there is no deformation of the base body mounting plate unlike with conventional press-fitting, and the dimension between the threaded parts is fixed. Not only can the accuracy be improved, but also the sealing function required as a cap member of a liquid storage container can be maintained at a high level.

In a cap member formed by fixing a cap body having a screw on the inner circumferential surface to a cap body mounting plate of a container, the cap body includes:
An annular head shaped at one end in the axial direction, a hollow cylindrical thin-walled part with a knurled part formed on the outer peripheral surface and connected to the head with an outer diameter smaller than the head, and a hollow cylindrical thin-walled part formed on the inner peripheral surface. The cap body consists of a hollow cylindrical body with a threaded part carved therein and connected to the thin wall part with an outer diameter that is approximately the same as that of the thin wall part, and the head of the cap body is latched to the top surface of the cap body mounting plate. The thin part is inserted into the insertion hole in a state where it is bent and deformed radially outward due to an external force applied in the axial direction via a bolt screwed into the threaded part of the body, and then it is crimped to the bottom surface of the base mounting plate. It is characterized in that the peripheral edge of the insertion hole is engaged by a knurled part of the thin wall part.
