If a torsion bar is provided for each wheel, the length will be too long to obtain a sufficient spring effect, so the torsion bar is connected to a torsion pipe as a torsion spring, and the internal and external composite structure of the bar and pipe is used to separate each wheel. A total spring rate can be obtained, thereby increasing the spring effect and shortening the length of the torsion spring to make it more compact.

The inventors of the present invention focused on torsion spring means consisting of inner and outer bars and pipes, and devised the present invention to use this as a stabilizer. Certain torsion pipes are pivotally connected to each other by a connecting rod, and when a spring action is applied to the torsion spring means of one wheel during turning, etc., the torsion of this is transmitted to the spring means of the other side by the connecting rod, and the spring of the other side is To suppress twisting of the means and obtain a stabilizer effect,
To provide a suspension system for a vehicle that uses existing spring means, has a simple waist structure, uses existing parts, reduces the number of parts, and can obtain an effective stabilizer while reducing costs.

In the above, FIG. 3 shows a state in which both wheels 6 and 16 ride on a protrusion, etc. When the wheels 6 ride on the wheels 6, the lower arm 5 rises and passes through the torsion bar 4 to the torsion pipe 3.
is twisted clockwise in the figure, the connecting rod 8 is pushed in the direction of the arrow, and when the other wheel 16 rides on the lower arm 15,
The pipe 13 is twisted counterclockwise through the bar 14,
A state in which the connecting rod 8 is pulled in the direction of the arrow and the directions are the same is shown.

For example, if the wheel 16 side is the bump side, the bar 14 is twisted counterclockwise via the lower arm 15, the pipe 13 is twisted in the same direction, the rod 8 is pulled to the right, and the other wheel 6 is rebound side, the bar 4 is about to be twisted counterclockwise via the lower arm 5,
The pipe 3 tries to twist in the same direction, and the connecting rod 8 is pulled to the left.

By the way, in the embodiment, the connecting rod 8 is a torsion bar 4.14.
and the torsion pipes 3 and 13, but by moving the connecting rod 8 forward from the rear end of the pipe, the torsion spring characteristics change, and the characteristics of the stabilizer effect can be changed, and the torsion spring Appropriate changes can be made depending on the composite spring rate of the means and the vehicle.

As is clear from the above, according to the present invention, the stabilizer effect that does not require a separate stabilizer torsion spring can be obtained simply by connecting the left and right composite torsion spring means made of a bar and a pipe to the sill using a connecting rod. ,
A practical stabilizer can be obtained with a simple structure of adding a connecting rod and a minimum number of parts while also serving as a suspension spring.
